The hotels staff were friendly and helpful. The room, lobby and hall ways were clean. If you want to visit the places from the bible, the position is very good. Breakfast was fresh with some local products. You could ask the kitchen staff to fill up your bottle of drinking water, which is helpful si ce in the Old town and surroundings the groceries stores do not have prices on the products, so they would charge up to 3 dollars for 2L of water.

The location is both an advantage and a disadvantage, it is in the muslim quarter and it can get very noisy and dirty. We had our room facing the School. There was a strange smell in the hallway at level 1. The door to our room had big gaps and the light from from the hallway was coming into the room. The pillows were a bit to hard for my taste.

Nice facility, great staff and good breakfast. Also, location is good to access the ancient city but far from the new city.

The hotel is in the eastern side of Jerusalem (Palestine), in the Muslim area. Per se, there are no safety problems, since it's close to a major street and in front of a police station. However, most taxi drivers won't bring you there (they both don't have the permit and they don't like driving there). Also, it's far from the new city where restaurants and bars are.

Location location location.. the reason why I stayed here. It’s walkable to most of the old city sacred locations. I walked to Via Dolorosa, cenacle and church of holy sepulcre, western wall, Temple Mount and garden of Getsêmani/ church of all nations all in one afternoon! In this order! but I walk fast lol. Room and bathroom were quite spacious and clean. Plenty of families staying there. Food was really good, I loved the breakfast pastries they had. I also had a buffet dinner there and the fish and chicken available there were my favorite.

There were two power shortages during the evening, not sure if that happens everyday tho. The street looks a bit dodgy specially at night, as a female I wouldn’t go anywhere alone but during the day it’s quite alright. There’s a police station nearby.

Good breakfast. Good location. Have stayed there before and will stay there again when the opportunity arises.

No adverse comments. Got what we expected. Good value. Other hotels in area, more expensive and no better than the Holy Land.

I did enjoy the location to the Old City. I felt it was pretty central to everything. From this hotel, I could see the most important tourist points of Jeursalem. The staff were very attentive and helpful. They gave good advice on where to go around the area such as restaurants and tourist areas.

There were a few things that could be improved with the hotel. While the rooms were fairly spacious, there could be a little bit of updating with the decor. I felt like the rooms were a bit outdated. The other con I would say is in terms of transportation. For example, if you booked tours for the day, you would have to walk about 10 minutes to the rendezvous point. Also, some taxis don't pick up at this particular location.

Location was good to get to the old city of Jerusalem and rooms were fine. Breakfast was acceptable, could’ve been better.

Staff were not friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was mundane, asked for a plain omelette, was told we had to pay for it. Rooms were not cleaned properly and sheets were not changed for over a week. Had to ask the staff to change our sheets! After a tiring long plane journey through the night, after arriving at the hotel, we were very rudely told not to fall asleep on the chairs in the reception!

The balcony must be the most enjoyable part of the hotel, where you have an uninterrupted view of the Dome of the Rock.

The There was nothing that I didn't like about this hotel. But there is something that could improve experience of a guest. The restaurant only cooks food when there is a group of visitors. so, if no group is eating, individuals don't eat either. There are a couple of eating places nearby though, so you won't go hungry.

Excellent location and friendly staff who were very accommodating. Hotel is clean and well kept. We had a room with a beautiful view of the Dome of The Rock and the room was a good size.

Elevators are small so can be tricky with a pram/wheelchair. Beds aren’t the most comfortable.

the location was superb, very accessible to shops and to public transport a lot of tourist spots around that is walkable like via dolorosa, gethsemane. my mom and i truly enjoyed. we really loved the breakfast, has massive options/choices and tasty as well. the staff were so polite and efficient. we had some adjustments for our trip and they accommodate it. we appreciate all staff (there were like 3 we interacted) and all were same - polite, professional and helpful. thank you so much we will def stay in this hotel and recommend to others. the only thing was the lift which is still ok, its small and one was out of order. but rest was truly amazing

none in particular, just maybe give water
