The front desk receptionist was welcoming during a busy Shabbot time. They kept our luggage while we waited for our room to be ready. Our room had an exceptional view of the city. It was clean and comfortable. We had a suite, and it was spacious. The dinner and breakfast buffet offered more than enough with a variety of healthy, fresh-made options. It was a pleasant stay, and we were able to take a day to rest and be refreshed during our busy travels. I gladly recommend this hotel.

We specifically chose this hotel for the spa but when we arrived, it was closed for renovations. The manager explained that recently the spa and hotel are now 2 separate businesses. The hotel has no influence on the spa operations. He kindly and professionally handled our disappointment and gave us other perks to enlighten our hearts.

Spacious feeling about the whole Hotel. Reasonably well kept up. Excellent breakfast. Really lovely staff and was clean.

Sheets are not pure cotton and that really bothered me. Was not cold and crisp against the skin. Also I don’t like all these little bottles of shampoo etc. prefer how other hotels are doing it with having big bottles on the wall. Much greener. There was also no place to hang used bath towels so you are forced to leave them on the floor which means they are washed every day. I mean who really needs that in all honesty! Housekeeping could also tidy a little bit more. They made the beds but could have straightened shoes on the floor. That extra little touch would have been nice.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, we received warm and personalized service from the staff. To our delight, we were upgraded to a spacious room with a breathtaking view of the Old City, which made our stay even more special. The service was professional, the atmosphere was welcoming, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. A fantastic experience.

We did receive an upgrade free of charge so had a room with a balcony and city view nice clean pool and the best breakfast selection I had ever seen The grand piano was played during the evening Plenty of places to eat within the hotel at reasonable prices staff were helpful chocolates and popcorn in the room on arrival A taxi to the city was 50 ISL you must make sure to agree the price before getting in any taxi and always haggle

The view the bedroom. The shower very big with a very convenient little stool in it. The coffee machine, the air conditioning, the heating, the balcony the food was very good

5 stars breakfast! I would always. love to have it whenever I come to this hotel, its fresh and really good, and has a big variety of options and salads, i would give it 10/10. and was my favorite between all other hotels during my stay...

Nothing indeed, everyting was perfect in this hotel and I would recommend it to everyone coming to Jerusalem, Its worth the money 100 percent! all you need is there! and the staff was really very friendly.

Synagogue on premises, kosher food, heated pool, Turkish bath - great! Spacious rooms, quiet, a lot of toiletries, comfortable beds, clean linen and abundance of towels.

Very minor - there were no shelves in the room fridge and no freezer.

The breakfast was of good quality, amount , and varity. The coffey was strong and plentyfull. No half and half, only milk. If you like bread this is the place for you. They had about 10 kinds, also many cresant type sweet rools. The buffet was gigantic. The only meat was fish. If you go to breakfast just take a little of the items you like, or else you can not eat every thing due to the varity of stuff. The work out room is professionaly set up. Very nice. Piano player at night. The large glass windows on the east wall were clean and the views were excellent. There is a travel service on site.

The hotel caters to many large tourist groups. So sit away from the groups. They are always in a hurry and impatient.

The front desk staff were very friendly, especially, Anas Ish, Amit and Elad. Overall good experience though a little expensive for the facilities provided.. Breakfast spread was very good.

Restaurants and the food choices after breakfast were not many. There was no reply from the guest services despite multiple attempts to contact them. They never pick up the phone☹️.

There was a small matter with possible bed bugs in one of our beds . The staff addressed the issue immediately after we told the desk clerk .
