Amazing views just outside the hotel. Clean, big hotel with good sized rooms. Staff is amazing and very caring and offered to help us ordering dinner when it was late night. Warm/hot water with good pressure. Really good firm bed.

Location slightly far away from the old city however there is a direct bus which takes to Damascus gate from just outside the hotel. Locals shops are a 7-10minutes walk.

The room is comfort and clean, quiet, staff members are very friendly and helpful. Good view to the old city. There are some good restaurants nearby.

It’s hard to go by walking to the old city and takes like 25 minutes at least. Much easier with a car (10 minutes), they have parking lots. The food is good but needs to be more varied.

Hotel room was excellent

There was a problem with the card payment machine. They asked me at the reception to pay again using same card as they were not sure the amount was charged successfully . I reviewed my bank statement and realised I was charged twice. I sen an email to request a refund but never heard back from the hotel I hope this message will be considered

Both Elias & Sufiyan were absolutely amazing 👏. They managed the reception in the morning and night. They were the reason I planned my trip to Israel. They were very helpful when I called them from England before my trip. Also They gave me the itinerary and helped me out throughout my stay in Jerusalem. Also they have a convenient place for parking. I will definitely stay there again when I visit Israel 🇮🇱.

Obviously the breakfast was limited due to the ongoing tension and less staff member's. So the buffet was limited, however all the staff were good. I hope the tension is over soon

The location is fantastic in terms of the view and the name. Don’t be fooled however, as unless you are going everywhere by taxi, then you have a problem. The 275 bus services the hotel and is at a cup de sac right outside…HOWEVER… The road is just wider than a single track which causes chaos as there are sightseeing buses parked all along the road, which generally results in horns blurring, angry drivers and gridlock. The result often tended to be that the bus driver didn’t bother going to the end of the route knowing that he was going to get stuck and therefore stopping 500m and a good uphill walk away from the hotel. This isn’t much of a problem when you are coming to the hotel, but it is a major problem when arriving and you have no idea whether or not the bus will turn up, as the app does not tell you the bus has stopped short of it’s destination. The service is every 10-15 minutes in theory but I found myself waiting 40 minutes one day. The bus also finishes at 5pm which means either a severe uphill walk or a 40 shekel taxi (assuming you can haggle…) The staff were very helpful, but the card machine was out of order or something…either way I had to pay in cash as it was out of order all week…not helpful when you are paying over £650 for your stay and don’t really carry cash anymore…the guy seemed genuinely surprised when I said I didn’t have enough cash and pointed me to an ATM half a mile away. I explained to him that since it was very late, I’d had a long journey, it was dark, the ATM was a long way away and I was staying for the next week with them that this shouldn’t be a problem. After this to be fair, the service was fine and the staff seemed helpful and helped out chasing my laundry up! The actual room was great. Newly refurbished, great shower, the toilet worked fine and the air conditioning was great.

Seven Arches has an amazing view of Old Jerusalem and surrounding landmarks, churches, etc. It's extremely walkable to some of the most coveted sites (though alot of it uphill). Public transportation also comes right at the door! It has an overall impeccable location, second only to the staff! Service here was absolute amazing. Elias and Eliat? were uber helpful! The kitchen and hotel staff were quite attentive as well. Excellent bang for you buck. My permanent stay in Jerusalem will always be Seven Arches! They're like family now :-)

While the hotel is a GREAT property-she needs some updating. Restaurant is beautiful, great spacious common areas need a little TLC and maybe some newer furniture. Breakfast variety could be wider. I know we're in Israel, but basic oatmeal with brown sugar, raisins, etc. would be helpful.

Excellent location on Olive Mountain overlooking the old city. It is a short but steep and challenging hike up from the old city to the hotel. Hotel is run by friendly Palestinians. Rooms are large and fine.

Communication was not always easy as staff were not fluent in English. Breakfast was ok but not exceptional.

This is a 4* hotel, my room was enormous, recently renovated and tastefully decorated. It had everything I needed, smelled great, was spotlessly clean, and also very quiet: soundproofing was great, although I could hear the muezzin at the break of dawn. I was able to get it completely dark too. The shower was hot and had good pressure. Breakfast was good and it is served from 06:30 am, a big plus for early risers. All the staff were courteous, friendly and helpful.

The fantastic view has the downside that the hotel is relatively far from most attractions. It is possible to walk to the Old City but it's a steep winding road there and back. Prior to my stay, other guests' negative reviews made me believe I had made a mistake booking this hotel. As is usually the case in Booking.com, this is just misleading and not helpful at all. The reason why people leave such horrible comments is simply beyond me. After checking out, I realized the only mistake was not staying longer.

The staff is attentive and kind. The breakfast is good, but the location is AWESOME. I would definitely stay another time on my next visit to Jerusalem.

The breakfast time could be until 10am and when the weather was cold (8° at night) it was taking too long to get hot water in the bathroom. It seemed that the hot water was taking a long way in the pipe to reach the faucet. But definitely this was minor, as I mentioned before it was a perfect stay!

**Breathtaking views, tranquil location, warm hospitality** The Seven Arches Hotel offers an unforgettable stay in Jerusalem. Perched atop the Mount of Olives, the hotel boasts stunning panoramic views of the Old City. The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed, and the staff is friendly and attentive. But what truly sets Seven Arches apart is its location. The hotel provides a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city, while still being close to all the major attractions. You can easily explore the Old City, or take day trips to Bethlehem, Jericho, and beyond. If you're looking for a relaxing and memorable stay in Jerusalem, the Seven Arches Hotel is the perfect choice.
