I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Gloria hotel in Jerusalem, and I can confidently say that it is one of the best hotels I have experienced worldwide. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warm smiles and an incredibly friendly staff. The level of hospitality at the Gloria hotel is truly exceptional. The staff members go above and beyond to ensure that every guest feels welcomed and taken care of. They were always available to answer any questions or assist with any requests, and their genuine smiles created a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout my stay. The hotel itself is beautiful and well-maintained. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. I was impressed by the attention to detail in the room design and the quality of the amenities provided. It truly felt like a luxurious home away from home. The location of the Gloria hotel is also fantastic. Situated in the heart of Jerusalem, it offers easy access to many of the city's main attractions and landmarks. Whether I wanted to explore the Old City, visit the Christian and the Jewish attractions or stroll through the vibrant markets, everything was within reach. One of the standout aspects of my stay was the exceptional service provided by the staff. They were not only friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable about the local area. The service from the staff was impeccable! From the front desk, those assisting with breakfast, and those cleaning the rooms. Friendly and willing to go the extra mile to be of service. Everything was fantastic and the location was excellent. I would recommend that any one visiting old Jerusalem consider staying at the Gloria hotel.

Perhaps a few more hot vegetarian options for breakfast, even if just some sort of potato dish like was available one of the days I was there. However, overall, there is nothing not to like about the Gloria hotel. There is plenty to eat at breakfast!

I am very sorry, because I have been on the road, and now I have time to write a good evaluation. Because I wanted to write a few words carefully, I didn't sit down to write an evaluation until today.First of all, breakfast is rich, varied and delicious. Croissants are delicious to bake. The key chef is also handsome.The hotel is located near Jaffa Gate in the old city, which is convenient for walking. There is a money exchange place on the left hand side of the hotel.As soon as I entered the hotel, there was an elegant atmosphere. The room is quiet, and the hygiene and cleaning are in place.Because of this, I love this beautiful city even more.

The location is the best, inside Jaffa Gate. The breakfast was superb and the staff who helped with the breakfast more than nice. The hotel has a vintage Ottoman feel, and the rooms,even if small, are very clean. The bed was very comfy as well. However two of the receptionists, albeit trying to be kinda nice on the surface, were unattentive and patronising. Disappointing, and no, calling a tired stranger "dear" , and not listening, is not nice. Other than this good experience, and thank you to the breakfast room staff who always made us start the day with a smile.

It’s a too expensive for the conditions in there, the furniture it’s kind of outdated, the bathroom is definitely outdated and needs renovation . Definitely not a 4 stars hotel, it’s a 3 stars hotel maximum 🥹

The reception was beautiful. The hotel is like a an art gallery. Some of the work displayed is amazing. The bed was very comfortable. As a fasting person it was really important that I had a decent bed to rest in during my sleep hours. Also, it was very nice of the staff to provide Futur, the early morning breakfast for those who fast during the month of Ramadhan. The best part of our stay was Mazen the receptionist, he was so friendly and really looked after us. brilliant guy!

For the price we paid I would have wanted a bigger suite and a better toilet. some of it was dated and our toilet was not working on the first day although was quickly rectified.

If you’re planning on touring the Old City, the convenient location of the hotel, very near the Jaffa Gate and the Tower of David, cannot be beaten. All the important features of the City are within easy walking distance. Also ideal for taxi drop off and collection. The staff are remarkably friendly and welcoming and the decorations very traditional and attractive.

The breakfasts, presented in buffet style format, could be a little more varied but you certainly won’t go unsatisfied.

The location is perfect for a trip to Jerusalem. There is a bar in the hotel and some nice restaurants close buy. For the old city a perfect place to start

Breakfast could have been better and rooms are a bit used but still a very comfy bed and everything clean. As we did know this before not a drawback for us and fully meeting our expectations 😊

The staff at the front desk were absolutely lovely, always helpful and friendly. Downstairs, the foyer etc was all very attractive and the hotel location was excellent, just inside the old city and a two minute walk from the Jaffa Gate. Breakfast was pleasant.

Nothing really, although the rooms were fairly basic and the bathroom small. That said, they were kept incredibly clean and the bed was very comfortable. The rooms just lack the character of downstairs.
