My recent stay at the Waldorf Astoria Jerusalem was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this hotel is a masterclass in luxury and elegance. Many of the city’s major attractions are within easy walking distance, which made it incredibly convenient for sightseeing. The only thing was the view from my room because there were huge works but it obviously does not depend on the hotel. However the reception manager has immediately proposed us to change for the other side, very efficient team, thank you once again

It was great experience! We loved everything about hotel, apartment, service. Breakfast was exceptional. All staff we met were friendly, nice and welcoming. The location is really great, walk distance from a lot of places of interest. Beautiful hotel with old fashion spirit 👌

I am dairy and gluten intolerant and they could not do enough to accommodate me. I had a friend meeting me there for tea on her birthday and they very kindly made a plate with cake and happy birthday and all sang to her. I loved my stay as the staff were so helpful

Staff was immediately attentive. From Krana, Daniella, and Yosef all my needs were taken care of. They are Excellent. I went into the Dining Room and Emily took really care of us and made as feel at home. I went into the Bar and Sanda was readily available to provide Amazing And prompt service. I will be definitely coming back next year Thank you everyone you’ve all been FANTASTIC!!

Loved everything

This is a very impressive hotel in terms of its design. The ancient structure that has been significantly restored gives a romantic flair. The hotel is located in the best area of ​​Jerusalem. The room was large, spacious, clean, and comfortable. The spa is nice but a bit small and includes a sauna and pool, however, it is recommended to book a massage which was excellent. Breakfast is good but not special. Overall the staff was kind.

We encountered some maintenance issues like a drainage problem in the shower and a hot water problem in the bathtub that was not addressed during the stay despite our requests. In addition one day we arrived for breakfast during rush hour and the person in charge sat us at a table with other people without checking if we agreed. When we asked to change a table, we were told that we could go back to the entrance and wait for a table to be vacated.

The breakfast was varied with good quality products. We preferred this location for our vacation due to the high standard of services, the special interior space/design and the short distance from the Old Citadel. Thank you!

One of the best hotels in Israel if not the best one

Breakfast could me better - was still good, but did have better. However, worth mentioning it was Saturday and the hotel is religious so may be better on normal days

It was super clean, very well maintained. The pool was great and my son really enjoyed it. Great breakfast! Also, the location was awesome- less than 2m walk to the Mamila. We’ll come back :)

This hotel brought my trip to Israel on a whole different level! The staff was super nice and friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was delicious and the room was cleaned and smelled fresh every day. The hotel is stunning and in a great location! We'll definitely be back!
