Beautiful design of the room and bathroom. Location is awesome, close to wonderful restaurants and a rather short walk to the Mahne Yehuda market and great cafes. The staff were very helpful.

We were disappointed by the spa being inactive due to the war. We will return when the spa issue is resolved- this was very important for my daughter who is on active duty and was looking forward to some pampering. It sounded funny since in general masseuses are not soldiers…

Exceptional Service from Louis at the Front Desk! I had an amazing experience at JLM Hotel, thanks to Louis at the front desk. From the moment I arrived, he was incredibly welcoming, professional, and friendly. Not only did he make the check-in process smooth and effortless, but he also went above and beyond by upgrading my room, which was such a wonderful surprise. His warm demeanor and attentiveness truly set the tone for my stay. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely enjoys making guests feel special, but Louis does just that. The location of the hotel is within walking distance from the old city, and very close to public transportation that can take you anywhere in Jerusalem. The room size is reasonable, very clean and well equipped. Breakfast is good as well.

The air conditioning could be better in the room itself, in the rest of the hotel is was fine. If you consider using the Jacuzzi , don't. The pool is very small and only for the hot summer days (not a complaint, just stating the fact)

We travelled as a family of 3 and had booked two rooms next to each other. The hotel upgraded our rooms. The rooms are very nice and have everything needed. A beautiful view from the balconies on the 4th. floor. The view is of a park and the rooms are relatively quiet considering that the hotel is located in the middle of Jerusalem. All the staff we met were very friendly and helpful and I can only give this hotel my best recommendation. Location doesn't get better for the price.

The fridges in both rooms didn't work. In a hot climate, it is nice to be able to put water in the fridge.

I very much enjoyed my stay at Brown. I spent a week in Jerusalem on work, and this hotel turned out to be the perfect place to stay. The location was unbeatable--very close to both the New and Jaffa gates in the Old city while lying at the heart of a charming, bustling restaurant area. The staff was excellent, and I want to thank Mustafa in particular for looking after me during my stay. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The hotel also has a very nice rooftop pool, and the breakfast is spectacular. The rooms, while not big, are very comfortable and attractive. I highly recommend this hotel and would return here.

Fantastic location, walking distance from the old town and central Jerusalem. Good size room with a small balcony.. Nice rooftop terrace and swimming pool. Lovely, helpful team at reception and cool water provided flavoured with either slices of fresh orange or cucumber and mint - very refreshing!

The rooftop terrace and pool is not open until 10am and closes at 5pm - at this time of year it is just too hot to sit in the sun for most of that time. It would be really nice if you could go for a swim early in the morning before the sun gets too hot or if you could sit a bit later in the evening once it has cooled down a bit.

Loved the design and decor of the rooms, especially the bathroom. The room was also very spacious with free coffee machine and other refreshments. Very clean! Cleaned daily. Staff at the desk were always present and very helpful, was happy with the service. Luggage storage available. Location is good - around 10-15 minutes walk from Jaffa Gate (nearest entrance to Jerusalem Old City) and a couple of minutes walk from "Umbrella Street". Worth heading that way to see the new Jerusalem and catch the tram. There are also some good restaurants and bars nearby - literally round the corner from the Sira Pub.

Beautiful room, top design, super comfortable beds and great bathroom. room size pretty small, but well designed. Kettle in the room, and a Nespresso Machine, however the complimentary chocolate box was quasi empty and also no welcome champagne in the room like in other hotels of the Brown chain. Excellent Location in super walking distance to the old town and with lots of restaurants and a shopping street nearby

window was looking into a back alley on the second floor, not as shown in picture with a nice view. and as soon as we opened the mosquitos came in swarms.. with no net, that was a terrible night! the welcome was not up to the standards, young staff playing on their mobile phones. but when we asked they always at least tried to help but did not give you the feeling of being on top of things. Bar area was a bit life-less, did not invite to linger and have a drink

great hotel with lovely bar/restaurant downstairs! the room was very stylish and spacious! we got upgraded so we got room with the balcony and that was amazing! worth to have it! very comfy beds, the pillows were little harder. nespresso machine, safe, bathrobe and slippers are always appreciated! the breakfast was fab fab! plenty to choose from! we had a dinner there on friday night as it was shabbat so everything was closed and the fish was just stunning! the bar staff was super friendly! way to go, loved it!

the terrace upstairs was closed, i guess we were out of season but once its open that would be amazing place to be!

Amazing location. A street away from all the shops and the Main Street and one street away from mamilla leading to Jaffa gate. The swimming pool and beds made the hotel that bit more fantastic and the breakfast was the best I’ve ever had!

Rooms small but only used to sleep in so adequate. Would stay again knowing this. Only a few sun beds so can be difficult to get one at a busy time or on Saturday.
