We were pleasantly surprised with Prima Vera hotel. The location is exceptional - downtown of Jerusalem! Everything we needed was within walking distance. Our room had a modern, clean feel and was located on the 10th floor. The view from the window was breathtaking. Besides that, the complimentary water, chocolate and breakfast voucher with a personalized note were a really nice touch. The breakfast itself was great with so many options. They definitely know how to make guests feel special:)

Parking needs some serious upgrade, but I was surprised that they had it to begin with

The location was great – very central and convenient. The staff and reception were truly remarkable – they were incredibly kind and even offered us several complimentary items during our stay, which we really appreciated.

Breakfast was on Saturday morning, so it was minimal due to the weekend, but still totally fine. We booked the Deluxe Room, though it felt more like a standard room in terms of size and features.

The breakfast was good. The location of the hotel is very good. There's a small convenience stall across the road from the hotel. There's a money changer within walking distance from the hotel. There's a hair dressing salon nearby. There are many eateries with a TripAdvisor top 10 burger restaurant, opens 24/7, opposite the hotel. There's a row of good restaurants near the hotel. The Bein Harim Tour Operator stops right in front of the hotel to fetch us and other from other nearby hotels.

The room size is a little too small. But there's nothing you can do about it.

The breakfast was good. The hotel well located. There’s a convenience store, a money changer and a hair salon opposite the hotel. There’re many restaurants across the street and within 10 minutes from the hotel, including a TripAdvisor top 10 burger restaurant.

This hotel is really good, the rum was confortable and very clean,breakfast and dinner superb, The staff is ever so helpful, and the location is perfect. My friend and i were very satisfied with the hotel and everything. Very good value for money, we will return to the Tower hotel that's for sure. Emilia

The staff were very professional, the place was very clean, the room size wasn’t bad as I read from other comments, the only thing I think they should include is at least one bottle of water in the rooms will not be a bad idea, aside that everything else is excellent. I will definitely check in again.

No drinking water in the rooms

Location was very good. About a 7 minute walk to Jaffe Gate, The Tram was close. There was a lot nearby. We really enjoyed the Dublin Pub and the Focaccia Bar.

Breakfast was ok, but Saturday morning was very limited due to the sabbath. It would have been nice to have fruit. Rooms was adequate a bit on the small size but was fine. We would stay here again knowing what we know.

I’ve been many times before. It’s location is superb and most places are within walking distance. The staff are very extremely helpful and friendly.

The daily cleaning was ok but there is room for improvement.

The staff were very friendly, accommodating, and pleasant. There is a private and convenient parking with a small additional cost. The bed is very comfortable and the view is great.

The staff and cleaners were very friendly and attentive. Mohammed at breakfast was always exceptional.

A mini fridge in the room would be better.
