We enjoyed everything about our stay at your hotel. The staff were friendly and eager to please. We had the check in during the middle of the night due to canceled flights and there was someone waiting for us downstairs ready to be of anssistance. Our room was clean and inviting. The bed was extremely comfortable. We had a lovely view of the Old City. We read reviews about the A/C being loud and that wasn’t the case. It was quiet and comfortable. The daily breakfast selections were fresh and tasty, with a nice variety. The Aroma coffee directly across the street was a perk after long hot days of touring.

Our only complaint, if you can call it that, is that the room was very small. We managed just fine but there wasn’t enough room for us to unpack.

We were pleasantly surprised with Prima Vera hotel. The location is exceptional - downtown of Jerusalem! Everything we needed was within walking distance. Our room had a modern, clean feel and was located on the 10th floor. The view from the window was breathtaking. Besides that, the complimentary water, chocolate and breakfast voucher with a personalized note were a really nice touch. The breakfast itself was great with so many options. They definitely know how to make guests feel special:)

Parking needs some serious upgrade, but I was surprised that they had it to begin with

The location was great – very central and convenient. The staff and reception were truly remarkable – they were incredibly kind and even offered us several complimentary items during our stay, which we really appreciated.

Breakfast was on Saturday morning, so it was minimal due to the weekend, but still totally fine. We booked the Deluxe Room, though it felt more like a standard room in terms of size and features.

Staff were excellent, friendly, helpful and happy. The Chef was excellent his choice of meals and presentation were better than exclusive hotels we visited. Excellent office and dining staff. Everybody felt safe under the watchful eye of the security guard.

Really good bed, but the room was tight.

The breakfast was good. The location of the hotel is very good. There's a small convenience stall across the road from the hotel. There's a money changer within walking distance from the hotel. There's a hair dressing salon nearby. There are many eateries with a TripAdvisor top 10 burger restaurant, opens 24/7, opposite the hotel. There's a row of good restaurants near the hotel. The Bein Harim Tour Operator stops right in front of the hotel to fetch us and other from other nearby hotels.

The room size is a little too small. But there's nothing you can do about it.

Location is great, near the old city but also to downtown and plenty options around to eat and visit. Breakfast was the best I had in Israel

The hotel is a little older than I expected and sometimes other guests traveling in groups made too much noise on the corridors.

I missed breakfast due to morning prayers. But the staff let my wife savd me some food. Hard to comment.

The small challa rolls were not so fresh flr some odd reason. There should be an option for Shabat lunch. We brought our own food and the staff were accomodating but there it little room in the lobby.

Location very central for the Old City Jerusalem, staff were friendly and very helpful, excellent breakfast, very comfortable bed.

Rooms need a little updating.

This place is very close to everything, close to Jaffa gate and Jaffa street. You can top up and buy RavKav card near the entrance. Calm area, two museums are in 2 minutes on foot. Nice breakfast.

Location is great, it is a cute hotel, nice staff, very helpful, let us check in earlier and check out later because it was possible. Breakfast was delicious, very big breakfast, worth it.
