Location of hotel, cleanliness, every single staff member were polite, helpful, friendly and always interested if everything was fine orbif I needed anything. I want to give an enormous thanks to front desk staff member (Nissim C.) Hopefully, I got his name right. He was amazing providing directions and on my last day of my stay he helped book my taxi reservation to the airport as it was Shabbat/Saturday and all public transportation was not in service and he was polite to assist me in booking my taxi. Great thanks and greatly appreciate you Nissim C. Hopefully, I'll go back to Israel next year 2026 and definitely I will stay here again. Jorge Prado

Super nice location. Felt 100% safe. Easy walking distance to the most important sites! Literally few minutes away from the Damascus and Jaffa gates. Nearby (still foot access): City of David, Mount of Olives, etc. No need for any kind of transportation! A ton of nice restaurants nearby, many are kosher. Easy transfer from the Airport by train. There is also a tram service to the main railway/bus terminal - 3 stops only Walking distance - Budget car rental (returning clients could refuel right there in front of the rental agency)

The breakfast was a bit too busy. Large groups made it less enjoyable even though the hotel offers a nice view. But this was nullified by proximity to the Old Town. Also many food choices minutes from the doors of the hotel.

The location was fabulous as we were within walking distance of the light rail, buses, restaurants, and synagogues. The Old City was close by as well. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. It’s a great hotel for the value for the money.

The staff person who was working at the reception desk when we arrived was unfamiliar with the area, which was off putting. She didn’t know the name of Cafe Rimon restaurant in around the corner from the hotel or the routes for the light rail. I’m sure as she gains more experience this will be resolved. The rest of the staff were delightful.

I highly recommend this hotel! The staff is absolutely lovely and helped me order a cab to locations, answered my questions, and even offered me a late checkout for only $60 or 250 shekels. Any time I needed anything Ibis hotel staff were polite and available. They truly value the customer experience and want everyone to be happy, comfortable and their needs met.

The only issue I had is at times it was hard to get the A/C working and the room key would deactivate. The staff immediately helped me fix these problems right away

The location of the hotel is very good - not far from the Old City. A tram stop is literally around the corner. Breakfast was beyond perfect and there was a huge variety of different foods. Something for everyone. My room was on the 7th floor and it was clean and quiet. The street can be a bit busy but don't forget that the hotel is situated in the city centre. The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful. There is really nothing to complain about. I definetely recommend this place for your stay in Jerusalem.

It is great! In the very center of Jerusalem - great location - the bustling Zion Square. Close to the Old City, to the Market and to all the important places. And it is so good. The room was spanked clean and comfortable. The breakfast had so many tasty dishes and thing to pick up from. It is amazing! And the people are so freindly and helpful. I have never seen such generocity in any hotel, neither in Europe nor in the US.

The location is perfect- at the center of Jerusalem, walking distance to many attractions, coffee shops and restaurants

The only thing that I think requires improvement is locating the kettle next to a power outlet, not having to improvise. Would be great to have a desk in the room and maybe a proper coffee machine.

Excellent location for tourists without car. Very clean and comfortable room. Good breakfast.

I liked my room very much, but there are things I would add: - Another chair. There was only one in our room for two persons. - A toilet brush. Also, the refrigerator is really small. It was good for two bananas and a sandwich, not more than that.

I liked that the hotel is downtown in the shopping area close to everything.

I didn’t like that the hotel was Kosher. When I booked, it wasn’t mentioned at all and when looking at the photos of the breakfast available, all types of foods were included, that means meats as well. Now that I know what the eating area looks like, the photo that was used in the booking photos was not the same hotel.

The hotel is centrally located, it's just a stone's throw from the Old City. The whole area comes alive at night, there are lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Breakfast was good and the bed as well, it was comfy.

We stayed for 2 nights here and everytime we go down or enter the hotel, the male receptionist(s) barely glanced at our direction, much less returned our greeting. There's Angel at least who gave us some info regarding our Bethlehem queries, but basically the front desk has to level up when it comes to attending to their guests. Also, they don't provide shampoo and conditioner in your room.
