Comfortable beds, clean shower,complimentary toiletries

The shower needs railings,the shower floor is very slippery. Needs bathroom mats when you leave the shower. I find that these items need special attention.!!!

The location can't be beat. The bed was super comfortable, the bathroom was modern and clean, and the shower was terrific. The complimentary large bottle of cold water was most appreciated. The staff was super accommodating and friendly. I had a great five day stay here.

The room had a rather unpleasant smell. After I told the staff about it they tried to address it, but the smell persisted throughout my stay. The linen was comfortable but a bit yellow with age which was unpleasant. The window shades were also dingy. These issues would not prevent me from coming back.

The location is excellent, there is a parking lot close to the hotel, the price is fare from 18:00 to 06:00 a lot of places to go out to eat around, public transport. The room was very big, clean and had everything that you need for your stay. Vanity kit, 4 soaps, toothbrush and paste, and all the regulars. There is a small fridge and a kitchen, 1.5L mineral water and coffee. The price is good and what you get for that price is very satisfying. I'm traveling a lot for work and this is the place to stay and be calm.

The noise from the street, not that it is too bad but if a car with loud music playing drives by or stops it can be annoying. Nothing serious besides that.

The location was great, the room was visually appealing, and was well stocked with a microwave, fridge, hot water kettle, tea coffee, closet, safe, table/chair, armchair, soaps, towels and tissue paper. The A/C was on when we entered, as was the ventilation fan in the bathroom, and the hot water was boiling! Staff was very helpful - both when we got locked out of the hotel at 10:30 pm (our fault, forgot the code) and when we had a complaint as we were leaving. They also allowed us to pay cash upon our arrival, using our cc info as a deposit.

Would have been nice to have some kind of filtered water, either in the room, or at the entrance, and the mattresses were old not/comfortable. However, when we told the concierge, he apologized, and told us that he would go up and check himself, as well as pass the complaint to the owner.

It is very good apart hotel in great location. We booked 2 rooms for the family for one night. Both rooms were very good (one of them you can see on the first image of the hotel's gallery). At the reception we were told that one of the rooms were upgraded for free for bigger one. Our rooms were on the 6th floor. Yes, it is not 5* hotel cleanliness and you can find some stains, but overall it is a great value for the price. There definitely were no bugs or something like that that you can find in other reviews (after reading them we even brought our bed sheets but didn't use them), at least in our rooms. In the rooms we had a kitchenette with fridge, electric kettle, tea, coffe, sugar and water bottle. Also there were safe and iron. In the bathrooms we had everything including slippers. One room had a balcony. There is no parking at the hotel so you need to find it by yourself.

Very clean, extremely nice staff. Prime location.

Not enough hot water in the shower. Got cold after 15-20 minutes(2 showers).

Big thanks to the big guy Ameer super friendly, even though he tried to pull a cheeky move with the camera at first. I’d paid for a big room but got a smaller one offered. That aside, the hotel’s great, location’s spot on, loads of food right at the doorstep, and the hotel staff are always there to help. Nothing I’d change the bed and the rest of the hotel staff were all way above expectations.

Ameer tried to put us in a smaller room, but they sorted it out quickly and gave us the one I had paid for.

Cleaning needs to improve, for example never swap the floor, is a good and awesome place to stay in, but they can and should improve other details “towels need more in the bathroom” also shower towels was need it. Everything else is awesome personal is very attentive. If i may add to this, I believe theirs need to be a “women crew” for house keeping members. They need them.

We believe theirs need to have women cleaning the rooms. Whit all do respect to the men working their, they are good people they try hard, but you can tell a women hands need to be there.
