The local is excellent, its an apartment with plates, glasses etc so comes in very handy for takeaways. Its very easy to checkin and they check in well in advance.

The bathroom was a bit small but as its in middle of city that’s acceptable

The communication with the host was perfect. They guided us excellently checking in and out and where quick to answer any further questions we had. The room was very clean and in a superb vibrant spot in the middle of the city on Ben Yehuda street which offers street artists all-day long, coffee shops, supermarkets and restaurants. Also at a close distance to the old city!

Not that it really matters to us, but the room could use a small improvement by having a row of blackout curtains. Also the door to the bathroom could use some more space as to open fully. Again, we had zero issues, but improving things is always good :-).

Excellent location, good amenities.

It was clean room very comfortable Peaceful And the location is very good We can find 24/7 super market nearby And bus stop is also very close And before sabbath also we can find sherut just nearly And about the room it's small but very cute And the balcony I would like visit it again if future 😊

The shower was very small and I barely fitted in there, but beside that everything was great. Noy sure why I couldn't smoke in the Balcony but that's not an issue

I liked everything about it for the 2 hours I was there until I found out Booking double booked me It's not the first time Booking screwd me from now on I'll record others to book directly with the Hotel I tried reaching Booking many times but as usual there was no tesponse Luck for me the owner of the Eden Jerusalem property was especially nice and calm me down sat me in the lounge are have me coffe till he found me other accomodations.

I liked everything about except for the fact that Booking double booked and screwed I cold not stay after 3 hours the nice owner found me another place to stay

The location is in the center and walking distance to everything. Old City is just 15-20 mins walk and trams are available nearby as well. Very kind staff as they allowed us to leave our bags for one night since we were going for a day trip and we booked again the following day when we came back.

The shower tiles needs a bit of a cleaning but other than that it was fine.

I had no trouble opening the front door and then of course went up to my floor but the next door to open was a nightmare. Had so much trouble and couldn’t open it. Rang a number of times to the phone number given but no response. I was finally lucky that another couple arrived and were able to,open the door, then the door and key to my room were not a problem. I found out on my last day there that the numbers given had been transposed so I couldn’t open the door to the hallway before my door. I was most upset about this as I had been trying and trying to open the door. Instead of 54…… they had given me the numbers 45…….. most upsetting and annoying each time I tried to return to my room. Apart from that major annoyance, everything was perfect.
