A lot of thinking and care was invested in the rooms, you can actually feel it. I took the private double (bed) room with terrace Super comfort double bed (Aminach), room was very clean and modern. room and bathroom smelled very good (probabely some kind of a perfume) I really liked the fact they put in the room extra pillows (I actually use 5 for my sleeping position), all of them were very comfortable. Altough there is a noisy bar (cinema hostel) infront of the terrace, you can close the windows which will cancel almost all of the noise. Very helpful staff Smoking is not allowed in the place (which is very good) Free water machine in the hallway (with coffee & tea) self check in

Need to be fixed (room 28) - squeaking terrace door + weak water from the bath handle (I used the top one instead) Either replace the water machine filter (in the hallway) or check why it has bad taste Lockers for the keys were quite complicated to open (need to pull it down) Wasn't sure when to lock the exit door with the big key or not to lock. (it's not that easy to close it). A drunk person decided to take a sleep upstairs (near the elevator), in the morning there was urine on the floor - maybe it's a good idea to have a keypad on the entrace to the building? -Support is available only on certain hours and depends on the day of the week /holidays etc. - which might be problematic (no reception on site)

The location is perfect. Close to City of David. Downstairs restaurants, shops etc so very easy to get around. Train/Tram line is walk able. Fresh towels was provided. The rooms are cleaned every second day which I liked because you can have a day to sleep in. Bed, especially pillows was super comfortable. You are in the hub of the old city so expect noise levels, but that didn't bother me.

The room was not very clean especially the bathroom, when I arrived. I did let the owner know and it was sorted out the next day.

The place is very clean and comfortable. The man cleaning the rooms asked us every day if we need anything, he changed our towels , provided us with extra shampoo, showergel and toilet paper, besides he was very polite and friendly. The room isn`t very big but there is everything you need, big TV with Netflix, a small fridge, comfortable bed and some shelves. In the main corridor there is machine with hot water, some cups, hairdryer and umbrellas in case of rain. The hotel is very well located , just in the centre with many shops around and eateries ( with shawarma and falafel ). 2 small supermarkets are within some 100-200 meters walking distance. It`s just 2 minutes from lively Zion square. Yaffo merkaz and King George St. Because the place is located in the lively neighbourhood, there was a little bit noisy at night, but it wasn`t very disturbing. I suspect in summer it can be more troublesome. The rooms are located on the 3rd floor but there is an elevator. I visit Israel quite often and I can truly say this place is really worth its price. I can frankly recommend it.

I liked there everythin but if you could put some coffe/ tea bags and sugar next to this machine with hot water that would be really great. We bought some tea and left it there for the next visitors :)

Everything about staying at The Boutique was A M A Z I N G! I have stayed here before in the past and will definitely return, again and again... It is centrally located in the heart of West Jerusalem in the vibey Ben Yehudah pedestrian street, with shops, cafés, restaurants and bars. The Jaffa street tram and several bus stops are close by. It is a ten minute quick walk to Jaffa Gate Old City. Some rooms have a balcony facing the pedestrian street with sounds of busking musicians, other rooms are more quiet facing the back courtyard. The room size is ample with a comfortable bed, pillows and bedding, the rain forest shower and jacuzzi with fluffy towels was a bonus. The housekeeping staff kept the room clean and tidy. I am looking forward to my next visit.

The place is so quiet and peaceful. The location is excellent, it's within the city itself. Its also very clean and tidy. Very close to the establishment, and bus station. Although it's virtual, the management attended my request so well.

everything is okay, except for some noise outside from outside, i think it's like a street party, due to Thursday night (weekend) but it's not under their control. Over all its excellent, ang highly recommended.

we have been in that place before it's good location or best one very close to machne Yehuda market 7 minutes walk or to the old city 15 minutes nice one you have to know there is no reception everything in watsapp but they answered every minutes and very quickly fix any things the owner shbi his kind 😀 and help any time night morning any time the place is clean not expensive for Jerusalem and if you see something dirty just send message and they send you all what's you need even clean I will be back again for sure

Location of the Boutique was most excellent, the best in Jerusalem! Streets all around were closed to traffic with many beautiful shops and places to eat. Machane Yehuda market, rhe "shouk" was only a short walk away. Tram was was close by too. The room was clean, the bed very comfortable, the shower well equipped and even with extra things for us outside including coffee! Balcony had a nice breeze and great view. The best of all was the hotel staff. The manager Guy went out of his way many times to help us. He really made the trip wonderful.

Not a thing to dislike! A perfect set up at a good price. Will return whenever in Jerusalem!

The owner is very friendly and nice,he is willing to help with everything you need. The place is nice,very clean and comfortable. It has amazing location,just next to Ben Yehuda. It is great place to stay if you don't want to overpay and you want to be in walking distance from centre. I would recommend it.

Any problems I might have had, from finding the place to fixing the TV, we’re so promptly and kindly dealt with just some easy messages on WhatsApp. The room was so lovely, and it is such a convenient area. I honestly loved it so much that I am hoping to come RIGHT back!

The only real issue I encountered was that the TV didn’t work at first, but all I had to do was message the number on WhatsApp and they so nicely fixed it and cleaned up while I was out. I imagine that any issues would always be dealt with similarly, so if you have a problem, just ask about it… they are so helpful!

Very nice room in a great location. The staff was very helpful and they provided me with everything extra that I asked for, such as a blow dryer and fixing the heater.

I would recommend them to get some sheets for the quilt, since it would be more hygienic.
