Nice location, good bed and amazing shower.

you have to call them once you arrive, what it’s hard when you don’t have an intentional SIM card.

The location is great - in a nightlife area but convenient to everything. The windows blocked out most nightlife noise and it ended in time for a good sleep. The size of the suite was good. The air conditioning worked well. We were pleased with the level of cleanliness. The employees met us on time and were polite and helpful. One question was answered in a timely fashion. The kitchen was outfitted sufficiently for simple meal preparation. We would stay again.

For the price, I can not expect more.

Incredible location. Walking distance or short bus ride to everything. Staff were incredibly helpful.

Needed a few more utensils. Blow dryer was a mini travel one. sofa is not comfortable. It said there’s a toaster, but there wasn’t one.

Central location, very easy check-in, if any... I mean we didn't even have a check-in we just found the apartment open with the keys inside and we left the keys in the return box at the ground floor. The apartment is actually an apartment, you have a small balcony and a livingroom.

It is weird that you have a second balcony in the bedroom but it looks quite dangerous and unstable honestly. We would have loved a hair drier. The apartment electrical panel could not handle the heating in the bedroom. Luckily there was a small eater as well. It may be an issue if the nights get really cold. Bear in mind that we stayed in january and still managed to survive.

Once inside, the apartment was inviting, spacious, clean and there were many ways that the host gave great attention to details to make guests want to stay and enjoy

We didn't have a telephone so it was somewhat difficult, dragging suitcases, to connect with the on-site manager. Once we did, he was very accommodating and helpful

The location was amazing! It is in the center of a very cool area with lots of shops & eating options. We walked to the Old City. The light rail was a few blocks from the building.

Some of the furniture was a little worn and needs to be replaced. The beds were comfortable. The space does need some TLC however it was very clean.

It was our second stay at Shamai Suites and we are ready to come back again. The rooms are spacious and full of light. Bathroom was big and comfy. Location is the best in the city. We came to Jerusalem about 2 am and though there is no reception staff member came to give us keys, tell about wifi, etc

Beds are too soft but it may be negative moment only for me

Good location, spacious room on 6th floor and good value! A certain misunderstanding upon check in (there is no full-time reception desk) was positively and fully addressed by the manager.

Timing of cleaning service during my 3-night stay was a bit inconsistent.

Our room was upgraded by the hotel personnel to a larger one. Suites were close to a lot of restaurants and stores. Has a nice nightlife and is also near to the light rail. A compact fridge, a kettle, and utensils were all included in the kitchenette.

The apartment has a nice, good standard about it and it was convenient to have small kitchen included. Beds are comfortable and the location is great. Overall, good value for money.
