The hotel was really comfortable and convenient. It is located near to most of the historical/Biblical places - and was a few meters from the Zion square. The old city Jaffa gate was a few minutes walk from the hotel. Then Mahne Yehuda market was also at a walking distance. I walked around Jerusalem - and it was just perfect that all the Biblical places were SO closeby. The hotel was clean and the staff was good. The breakfast was nutritious and healthy, with a lot of options. Perfect breakfast. Overall the hotel was just perfect value for money. The views outside the hotel were not flattering. But that is okay, since it was right by Zion Square with so many restaurants/eateries and shopping outlets. Honestly, it was more than I expected.

The hotel manager, Jameel was excellent. He made our stay absolutely wonderful. All the hotel staff we encountered were 1st class. Rooms were exactly as advertised which was really refreshing. Rooms were serviced daily by great housekeeping staff.A fantastic hotel ideally situated in downtown Jerusalem. Their breakfasts were superb and well presented. What a wonderful experience. Thank you Eyal Smart Hotels for taking such good care of us.

Everything was perfect.

Superb location in mid - West Jerusalem. Walking distance to the Old City, Mahane Yehuda Markets, and multiple bars and restaurants. Room was comfortable and functional. The buffet breakfast is outstanding. Even though the cost of the room was relatively high, due in part to the Pesach holiday season, it was still worth it for the pleasure of being there.

Staff in general appeared indifferent. Not really a negative, as no one was rude in any way; just a sense they had a robotic job to do and focused on doing it.

1. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, top down. 2. The breakfast comprised plenty of fresh and assorted foods. 3. The rooms as well as the rest of the hotel was tidy and clean. 4. The location is simply superb.

1. The door of the bathroom was made of (matt) glass, which was uncomfortable. 2. On our floor, the fire extinguish equipment at the beginning of the corridor was blocked with a chair and two laundry carriages. I hope you will never need it, but in case of a fire, this may hinder smooth procedures considerably. 3. During a considerable period of the breakfast (was sat there for two hours), the kitchen kosher supervisor (mashgiach) had a work meeting with someone, and he was disturbingly loud. Either he should have such meeting in another room or be much more quiet.

I needed a hotel which was quiet and dark so not to be woken from the morning sunlight and Eyal hotels have rooms with this description. On each floor they have a few quiet rooms, the window has no view and no natural light. The room was very quiet as there was no sound of traffic. It was pitch black with the curtains closed. This was perfect for me. Breakfast was nice, lots of salads to chose from. The private car park was amazing. The staff were really helpful and friendly.

The location was exactly what we wanted. The rooms were nice, and cleaned daily. The breakfast situation was good, although it was a little confusing when we had to walk to the other hotel for it, but we got to see more of the city that way, so it wasn’t a bad thing!

The bathroom in our room could do with an update. It was clean, but well used.

Excellent location, a walking distance to main attractions, 24-hour desk, good tidy room in a nice modern style, helpful staff, parking under the hotel (per vacancy). Decent breakfast (although not amazing).

Super tiny mini bar that almost barely cools. These should be replaced. The TV was hard to operate. The sound isolation between rooms is not good, you can hear the TV in the other room if it's on loud volume, not to mention people who are passing by the room. A hotel like this should have given more thought to this problem. In the middle of the night I actually had to ask the help of the front desk to lower the TV volume in the adjacent room. It was solved, but that's still something to fix. The breakfast is okay, not too much selection like in other hotels, but the main problem is that there were no signs in English nor Hebrew regarding what is what.

Jamey (Jamal), the reception manager was EXCELLENT. Very helpful and efficient about everything. The breakfast is very good. Overall, it's a nice hotel in a great location, and it's a fair price for the location. I would say it's good value for the money. I would stay there again.

The hotel needs a bit of updating and sprucing-up, but overall it was nice. The air conditioning was not working for a couple of days, so they changed my room to a cooler side of the hotel, which helped.

I regret don't take this hotel from the beginning at my stay in Jerusalem, the place is just perfect for tourists that need to have everything close, train stop, restaurants and stores. And have parking!! We definitely recommend this place. Ah, and yummy buffet style Breakfast !@

Was PERFECT FOR OUR NEEDS.

Not our first time. Perfect location. Parking on place (we had space when arrived). The room was comfortable.

the previous time there was a stand for eggs preparation at breakfast. but this is a minor issue. we took the bigger room with a small balcony, but due to construction works near the hotel, maybe it is better to take the regular quit room with internal window. Depends how early you expect to wake up.
