property is located at an ideal location for launching to the old city, easy shopping off and on King George st., and lots of cafes to choose from

We had an unusual occurrence of kids/teens getting into the building and onto the hotel floor, they were very loud and disturbing. Suggest that hotel place a keypad lock at their lobby entrance for guest access overnight, instead of leaving the door open to the common stairwell for anyone to enter.

We had booked 2 deluxe rooms, 4 people. Great location 10+! Helpful staff! The rooms were quite old but had everything we needed. The rooms are a good size, a couple of chairs would have been a plus. We were not disturbed by the sounds from the street. We arrived in the middle of the night but got to our rooms smoothly. We had to cancel our hotel in Tel Aviv, but we got the chance to continue our vacation in this same hotel in Jerusalem, thank you, thank you, thank you!!! So we spent 13 nights at Dem! We would love to return to Jerusalem and Hotel Dem! The price-quality ratio is right. (Google translator, sorry)

Location was great! Staff was very helpful, we didn’t arrive until after midnight and they made sure our room and key were available.

The hotel is located in a cozy and lively area of Jerusalem. There are shops and restaurants nearby. Within walking distance there is a train that allows you to go to other places in Jerusalem and even travel to Tel Aviv. The hotel staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and the air conditioning works well. In the room is a small fridge which is very convenient. There is also a coffee corner where you can get free coffee, tea and filtered water. A good price, quality ratio.

Fantastic location on Ben Hillel! Windows that open and a/c that worked well. There is a place nearby that sells coffee and pastries from very early in the morning, around 6:30 am. We left for the airport at 7:00 am and we were not the first customers. They’re located on the corner of BenHillel and Shammai, right across from McD’s.

It’s not the most modern facility and the towels we got while clean, were stained. The sink in the room was cracked and stained. There’s no milk for coffee or tea in the morning.

Friendly and helpful staff. Shops and restaurants just outside the door. Short distance to the Jerusalem tram and to the old city. Nights were quiet and therefore easy to get a good sleep.

A bit untidy in the stairs on the way to the hotel's floor - but nice and tidy on the actual floor.

Great location in the heart of the new city of Jerusalem on picturesque Ben Yehudah street, surrounded by shops, cafés, restaurants and close to the tram and bus stop. Ten minute walk to Jaffa Gate and the Old City. Nice size room with a comfortable bed and well-equipped bathroom.

Could be a bit noisy because of it's perfect location, but everything else was so wonderful.

- The staff is unbelievable good! they were very attentive and kind all the time. Really good people, always ready to help and with a smile on their faces; - location is great! Within a 15min walking from the old city and close to everything; - the size of the room and bathroom are ok for two people traveling together;

The location on point, was a great stay and very happy with our find. Pricing was good especially for the location. Very happy with our decision and definitely will be back. Staff was very friendly and helpful and will recommend to all our friends.

No mirrors in the rooms except the bathroom

Too noisy outside . The room was just above small supermarket which worked entire night with music. Somebody had broken glasses outside the room but not cleaned the residues.
