There are three big L in this room. Location, location and location. The room itself is small, you could find dust under table. But the area is great. A lot of night life there. Bars, cafee. Great public transportation facilities. There are no promised window to a garden. Only window I have had is a window to a stairway. But you will find it great. Because of night life it was very noisy area. But at room you will have silence. Great for a sleep.

Not all appliances was in working order. But it was possible to use a shower. Kettle was broken too.

There are no staff, as other reviews have mentioned, but the entry instructions were very clear. We were upgraded to a balcony room, which was nice. (Just be aware that this review will show that we had a regular single room, which isn't true. I don't know what any of the other rooms are like!) The facilities are basic. Only 2 smallish towels were provided for 2 guests. But I did appreciate little touches like bedside tables and lamps, which inexpensive hotels don't always have. The balcony room we were in had amazing blackout curtains that let us sleep late unbothered by the sun. There was no street noise either at night or in the morning, which was nice - that's often a problem in central Jerusalem. And, of course, the location is superb, right in the middle of the midrechov, the pedestrian area around Ben Yehuda. Other reviews have complained about the cleanliness but our room was spotlessly clean with nice shampoo etc. provided in the bathroom. For some reason, there was only one coffee cup even though there were 2 of us.

There is no way to stop the shower from flooding the bathroom floor, and no way to mop up the flood once it happens. If you shower for too long, it will flood into the room, and there are no sponja stick or extra towels provided to stop the water. We did find some extra towels around the property and used these to dry the floor. The toilet area is also extremely narrow. We were fine but if you are on the large side, you might find it a squeeze. :-o Also, the door and walls are very thin, so if there's noise in the hallway from people arriving or leaving - or socializing out there - you'll definitely hear it in the room.

Good location and price compared to other hotels in the same area.

It is a self check in place so it is a good idea to get in touch with the property prior to your arrival so you know how to get in. It is not a hotel but more like an air bnb building converted into small studios. There was a dead bird in the corridor to the main door. It’s a bit creepy in there…

The location is awesome, really close to everything. They have smart check in which was so easy and made it all so fast.. loved it. The bathroom is nice, the tv too, and the room is plenty of sockets, which is so helpful. The balcony is so charming.. and the room had blackouts, so I could sleep wonderfully during the day and the refrigerator worked fine.

At night I could hear some noise from the other rooms, mostly people talking and so but it didn't spoil the experience.

Amazing place located in the heart, easy access to many places. Service was good even when it was on a shabbat. Very clean.

It would be better if you can upgrade the wifi system for the televisions, and add a food heating option even a common one will do.

The shower was great. The air conditioner was very powerful. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was very good, with hot water and powerful current. The porch was great. Chekin process very easy, everything automatic and super fast. TV works, kettle works.

Wifi was very slow, tiny jam in the sink.

Access via keypads and codes, no hassle with carrying cards or keys. The balcony was nice to get some fresh air at night. Beds were nice and comfy with hard mattresses. Smart TV allowed easy access to our own Prime, YouTube, etc accounts.

At night the internet connection kept being interrupted. In the morning and afternoon no problems with the internet.

The rooms are excellent value, clean, comfortable, and have lots of hot water. The building entrance is not pleasant, and I suppose the lobby is being rebuilt.

The staff was very kind and professional. They allowed me to enter earlier in the room and also upgraded the room status. It was really unexpected surprise. Thanks a lot.
