Sharif and the rest of the staff were very welcoming and helpful. The location is outstanding. Daily breakfast was eggs cooked to order, ( one choice was shakshuka) plus salads and bread. It was very good, and served beautifully. And one morning we were offered a delicious, abundant Israeli breakfast buffet instead. This is a very nice hostel. The bunk beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were fine, the whole place was clean. I plan to come back soon.

They could have used more storage space in perhaps a second refrigerator for those of us who wanted to do some cooking. As it was, the refrigerator was crammed full, which was too bad because the kitchen was well equipped and available to be used.

The idea and realisation of StayIn is great. The 6-bed female rooms are charming and well-designed to allow optimal privacy. Beds are great, sheets are clean and soft, and they smell like a five-star hotel. On the second floor is a large salon/shared kitchen and a vast roof terrace _ beautifully designed to promote meetings. The lobby reception and dining/bar style are different, and the style is mixed with graffiti; however, it is too cluttered. The modern, young design of the rooms and upper common areas should be implemented here, too. The owners should upgrade the interior maintenance level so the place does not look neglected (plants, lighting, broken walls, and worn-out curtains). Window cleaning should be done regularly. I did not try breakfast; the hotel should have promoted it better. The staff is excellent, but it should be a bit more elegant. Overall, this was a lovely experience with a wide variety of people drawn here, not the classic hostel.

Maintenance should be upgraded, and windows should be cleaned.

If you are staying in the hostel room good luck getting a bed that has a working electrical outlet to charge your phone. I would say 75% of the outlets in the bunks are not working. I have stayed at this hostel a number of times, and this is an ongoing problem.

This was my first time in this place and my first time in the dormitory room, and I"l be happy to stay again. There was a clean room and comfy bed, the breakfast was above the expectations. In the lobby there is enough space to sit and connect the computer, to work remotely or study. Nice stuff, WIFI is OK, the location is easy to reach from everywhere.

There were no towels, but everything else was absolutely fine.

everything was perfect. it was clean and comfortable, great breakfast, great team. the ac was not working at night and the guys from front desk gave me extra blanket so I will not be cold, but I had to ask multiple times for that to happen, still nice. and they also upgraded my room which was really nice

the coffe machine was not working, and the American lady working in the kitchen was complaining about everything and saying “if you know how i was, you would not believe I’m here making coffee” that was wired and not very hosting attitude

Everything but what is stated above was great!! Loved the spaces and the rooms. All the other staff were helpful and friendly!

Would have been nice for the outdoor bar and food spot to be open. Not sure if that's because of the current situation in the country or has been closed longer. Would be nice to have plugs at the bed and a proper light. We checked in late. I had messaged ahead and we got approved for it. The night shift guy was difficult to get a hold of (it took over 30 minutes and we had to call multiple times and bang loudly on the door) and he wasn't very pleasant to me or my friend. I had to go to the corner store to get my own change for him as well. It was 1:30

Staff were amazing they really made every effort to make our stay comfortable. The receptionist even called and arranged parking for us before we arrived. Breakfast was tasty and made fresh. The hotel has a communal kitchen, dining area, and terrace. The room was clean and comfortable, it was nice that as a family of 5 we could all be in one room, the room could sleep 6. The location was central to everything, a few minutes walk from the tram stop. The temperature of the hotel was cool, very welcoming after being in the heat of Jerusalem.

The location is good, the place is clean, has luggage room for safekeeping before check-in, they have a good lounge and the beds are comfortable

First that there are no available towels, while it seems that I forgot to put mine when I packed last time and second I woke up to smell of cigarettes from outside which seems to be from the kitchen workers and one of them was talking a lot and very loudly, so I just took my stuff and left early. Also, I don't understand why does it appear twice on booking with slightly different names.

I loved staying at the Stay Inn, it was comfortable and had everything a traveler needs. Kitchen, laundry, space to relax, even breakfast ( extra$ but worth it!), helpful & kind staff(!!) and the perfect location. If you are looking for affordable and very pleasant accommodation I recommend Stay Inn. I will be staying there again on my next visit to Jerusalem.

There was nothing to complain about- I found everything very comfortable.

The staff is incredible. I will be back for Sukkot 2024 and for every trip I make to Jerusalem. The value is worth the cost. The rooms are cleaned daily. When you include breakfast with your booking it is wonderful and well worth the added cost. I do not find this kind of deal in Canada. To get this in Canada one could expect to pay $150CAD and higher per night. Here I get better quality than I have even gotten in Canada at middle to high end hotels. Very impressed!! This place is amazing. I adore the staff.

The only issue was with the heat in November. The staff worked diligently to correct the situation. The dormrooms wifi needs to be boosted. The manager is aware of this and is working to solve this.
