Good quality hotel for few days accomodation. Nice staff, tasty breakfasts. Room upgraded with the balcony with no extra fee. Great location near to the center and all another facilities.

Shower after which the whole bathroom was flooded.

Location was fantastic. Space for three was perfect. Bathroom was spacious boasting a bath tub shower combination AND a standing up shower. Bath was clean. That said, the bathtub and shower grout could benefit from an update/maintenance. Kitchenet, and bedrooms were clean. Bathroom towels were stiff and rough textured. Lobby was modern and inviting. We did not opt for the ₪85.00 breakfast. I would recommend the slightly less pricey bakery across the street.

The bathroom's tile grout maintenance could benefit from an update. This is not to say the bathroom was not clean. It was. The lobby has a abbreviated hours. Staffed only 08:00 - 22:00. Beyond these observations, my overall experience was positive.

They were able to accommodate my new dates for free when it was too late to cancel my original dates. Additionally, my room was ready early with a room upgrade. I stayed at this place quite a few times and will come back to this hotel. Comfortable beds and location is great. Very close to the light rail and many restaurants.

I once stayed in a classic room with a balcony and the shower size was bigger than the one I had in my room now which was also a classic room with a balcony. But overall a great stay!

We could not have asked for a better location for enjoying Jerusalem’s city center. The staff was so nice- they upgraded us to a larger unit with a kitchen area and large balcony which we truly appreciated. The owners have clearly put care into renovating the building and it is very cute decor inside.

Two small complaints- This is not too unusual for Israel but the bathroom shower needs better seal around the floor or glass door so water does not get everywhere. The building is older and obviously a lot of upgrades but this was the one negative inside the room. the buildings on the side of the hotel next to our large balcony are basically an eyesore which was disappointing view but not the fault of the owners obviously. Hopefully those properties will be upgraded someday soon in this lively area!

Unparalleled location at the corner of King George and Yaffa. Walking distance to Machane Yehuda and the Old City. Excellent value!!! For the price I paid I do not expect a five star hotel. It completely met my needs and expectations for a short stay in the center of Jerusalem. Room was clean and comfortable. Hot shower. Excellent breakfast with many choices. I would stay here again

Brilliant location, great breakfast, clean and well-equipped room, friendly, helpful staff!

Would have liked breakfast times to have had greater flexibility, as an early commitment one day meant I had to miss breakfast altogether.

We booked the triple room. It consisted of a 2 room suite, which exceeded expectation. The room was very comfortable, and we had a very large balcony. Breakfast was amazing - so much on offer, we couldn't even manage to try everything. The hotel is located in a great part of Jerusalem, with many choices of cafes and restaurants on the doorstep. Also only a 15 minute walk to Jaffa Gate and the Old City. Staff were nice and helped us book some local tours.

The staff was great! I only got to stay 1 night of the 3 that I was booked for due to changing circumstances. They were very gracious.

I always book non-smoking hotels because smoke really bothers me. This one said non smoking but people smoke out on the balconies so it comes right up into the room.

The location is perfect for touring all around the old city, the market and the shops. So close to the tram line is a bonus. The beds were comfortable. The staff was responsive.

The fact that it was 3 bedrooms were a stretch. It’s a tight space. One of the showers was not working well, leaked everywhere and took forever to get warm. Shower doors were falling off the wall. Having huge propaganda stickers in each room was also not a comfortable feeling. It’s also time to upgrade the keys. Too bulky to walk around with 3 keys and key chains.

This hotel is in the most perfect position. The staff are friendly and welcoming. I was given a free upgrade to a better room. The room was clean and comfortable with a modern bathroom.

It’s right next to the light rail, which is very convenient, but it’s also noisy. Every time a train pulled up I heard the bell, even with the balcony door closed.
