The location of Maz Jerusalem was incredible for a great price. Walking distance to several locations such as Mamilla mall, Ben Yehuda street and Mahane Yehuda. Great value for price. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location. Walking distance (10-20mins) to the old city and Jaffa Road with the markets and many cafes and restaurants. 2min walk to the pick up/drop off point for Tourist Israel tours which was very convenient. I loved the contactless/keyless check in/out and entry. I had no worry of forgetting a key or card and locking myself out as the hotel and room are key code entry. This also allowed easy very late check in and very early check out.

I thought this was fine because I am a small person (5ft5) but if my partner (6ft) had come with me he would not have been able to use the bathroom comfortably as it is very small.

The location was great and the staff was easy to reach by message. The room was nice and the fridge was a plus.

The air conditioner in the shower made a huge noise. There was a note on the coffee machine in the lobby saying that there should be milk in the fridge, but there never was. There was no hot water either, so I couldn't have tea. The room reserved for luggage was an unguarded warehouse, so any of the hotel's residents could have stolen our travel arrangements.

The location is really great: near to the city center and to the old city. The room was clean and I had a nice view over the YMCA tower. There is no reception so I did self check-in and check-out but the staff was readily available (by phone and through booking) for everything I needed.

The room was quite small and the bathroom door was a little transparent and didn't fully close. If you travel alone is fine but in two can be a little annoying. It would have been nice if in the common kitchen also a few small snacks (e.g., cookies) would have been provided with the coffee

we stayed 3 nights and we definitely will be back again here if we will be in Jerusalem. you have got all the facilities in the room as well as a cooler to refill your water bottle or the Nespresso coffee machine for the morning or boiler to make hot water/tea. the location is great, very central and close to the main sightseeings - also the area in general is very nice, full of tiny restaurants / cafes. the staff was friendly and available from day 0, therefore thank you so much for making this staying great!

Very reasonable price. Location is amazing. Room is simple, beds were comfy. Directions on how to enter were simple enough and easy. I liked being on top of a supermarket, it made getting snacks/water simple. Parking just across the street in Mamila makes it extremely convenient.

There were ants in the room. A coffee maker would have been nice. The bathroom door was hard to open (there was a sort of suction created when closed). These are minor issues. All in all, good value for the money.

Very good location! Close to the old city. And nice places close by to have lunch or dinner. You communicate with the staff by chat. They reply very quick!

Bathroom is a bit small, but it is oke! You will not meet the staff, because it is self- check in. Questions you need to ask by chatting online. The beds are very hard.

Good location for visit to old city and tram station. Shop and cafe close by for convenience. Freedom to come and go as you pleased and quick response to message questions.

A lift is available, but to get to it you need to be able to climb a flight of stairs with all your bags. Then once up the lift, you need to still climb a few more stairs to the desired floor.

The location was perfect. Very close to Old Jerusalem and all excursions started just on opposite side of the street. The breakfast was not offered but there is a shop downstairs which is open also on the Sabbath

It was said that in room would be the coffee pot, but is was not so, however we could get boiled water 2 floors below in the common room

Really great location, at the end of Mallila street, we really appreciated it. The accommodation was clean and had everything we needed. It was prepared in advance; thus, we could accommodate before check-in, and we could store baggage after check-out. Coffee and tea were available for the guests in the common space.

Little noisy square in front of the apartment, but no significant problem for us.
