Seriously impressive hotel. Beautiful lobby, loved the stone and marble interiors. Very elegant, stylish and all spotlessly clean . Our room was a decent size ( there were 3 of us ) Beds were super comfy and with high quality linens and plenty of big towels. No TV in room which did not bother us at all. Breakfast was served in a lovely dining room. Great service. The rooftop viewing spot is spectacular and not to be missed and also the beautiful little Chapel. Loved the whole atmosphere here , my daughter said she felt like she was in Italy! Added bonus parking on site .

Nothing really Although there was free bottled water in our room there were no tea/ coffee making facilities. Would have been nice but that didn't spoil our stay.

Excellent location to the Old City & superb facilities. Meals delicious & varied, staff friendly & so helpful, a special word of thanks to Abeer for being so kind & helpful. I travelled alone for a week to spend time at the Holy places. There is a beautiful Chapel in Notre Dame which has daily Eucharistic Adoration & Evening Mass. I felt safe all my time in Jerusalem, it was lovely meeting the local people. I would highly recommend people to come and Notre Dame of Jerusalem is perfect for anyone visiting/Pilgrimage. During our stay the facility was almost empty due to the current situation in Gaza, which was a shame because the people we spoke with (Christian, Muslim, and Jew) all very much in favor of the elimination of the Hamas terror. Israel wants peace, but is unwilling to sacrifice their existence or to submit to their own destruction. Go and visit Jerusalem. It is the center of the world. You will not be disappointed.

They could have turned on the A/C . In the afternoon our room was warm, but once we opened the windows the afternoon breeze was sufficient to cool the room.

I chose a terrace room, which had a beautiful, direct view of the Mount of Olives. For Catholics, Mass and Confession are offered daily. There are several excellent restaurants on the property.

The rooms themselves are fairly minimalistic, but you have everything you need. The rooms are also quiet. There are gorgeous flowers in the reception area!

I was very pleased with my stay despite difficult circumstances due to the war that developed while we were visiting. The location is excellent as it is a walk across the street to the New Gate at the Old City. I felt safe during the conflict. The facilities were clean. The food was solid. The staff were very helpful and easy to communicate with, and they were especially helpful with arranging transport out of the country and providing guidance as flights were cancelled out of Tel Aviv.

The location, the vicinity to everything you need, the parking spots, the holiness of the place, the Christian themes, and the variety of visitors.

Rooms are a bit simple, maybe a kettle could have been nice there, no possibility to order food or drinks to the lobby, though you can in the adjacent restaurant. Breakfast is a bit simple yet did suffice.

Just next to New Gate and Jaffa Road! The semi-closed off area felt like an oasis in the city with a small bistro and cafe. Has a great roof-top restaurant with breathtakingly view of the old city. Staff is very kind and helpful, and has good English-speaking skills! The breakfast buffet was very good. Evening buffet also very good and varied.

Not enough parking-spaces available, with lots of tour-busses making entry even harder (both expected and manageable - but dont bring a car unless you absolutely have to!). Some of the rooms face Al Mozllen-road, but not too big a problem!

This hotel is a very short walk from New Gate which provides excellent access to the Old City. It is also close to the Light Railway (tram) station. It has a great roof terrace with views over the Old City and the Dome of the Rock. It is a beautiful building with lovely rooms (some with terraces) and all the facilities one might need. The bed linen and pillows are high quality. So often, these days, a hotel is disappointing but this one is excellent and hard to fault. Frankly, it must be one of the best places to stay in Jerusalem.

It really is difficult to fault this hotel

The location and if you drove to Jerusalem the free parking. The breakfast is great and the manager that helped us with our first night issue.

The first night was terrible, our room’s A/C was not working and the construction outdoor was just noisy. The gentleman at night couldn’t do anything and said “it is 2am nothing else I can do” he was also on his phone playing a game while I waited on the elevator. The manager the next day moved us to a better room.

The hotel is located in the center of Jerusalem, right in front of the New Gate and has its own parking so we didn't need to take a car or taxi to get to the Old City. It was very convenient. My special thanks to the staff who were very helpful and resolved my case where I had booked one room but arrived unexpectedly with my parents and they found the best rooms close to each other at the best price which suited us perfectly. Thank you once again, Murad, Susie and others! The food was very tasty - both the included breakfasts and the Allegro restaurant. The cleaning service was just fine and invisible. Also we had a kettle in the room, a set of different teas and coffees, a coffee machine with capsules and a mini-fridge. It was very unexpected and pleasant. So I really enjoyed staying here and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. See you soon, Norte Dame Center!
