The location was absolutely perfect. Very easy, walking distance to the Main Street with the tram, restaurants, easy & beautiful walk to the walled city of Old Jerusalem. The rooms are very nice, old stone walls add so much character. Spotlessly, clean, very comfortable beds and bedding. Lots of hot water & the shower has very good pressure. The TV has lots of English channels, but believe me, you won’t spend much time in your room as you will want to be exploring this beautiful city of Jerusalem! The hotel serves a lovely breakfast and dinner buffet for an extra charge. We didn’t eat there, but it looked & smelled really good when we were passing by. The two gentlemen we met at the front desk and at the bar/coffee bar were very nice and very helpful. .

The rooms facing the street, are a little bit noisy with traffic, but not too bad.  Worth the little bit of traffic noise for the absolute convenience of this hotel.

Was clean, had all facilities, super close location to main street of Jaffa & bordered with Meir Sharim the ultra religious community, close walk to the old city. owners were not present on site when I was there however answered my every phone call & helped me out with whatever I needed. was best value for money at the time.

Rabie and Thaer were wonderful. The room I had was great for a solo traveler like me. When I arrived I was given the necessary information to sight see on my own. I also had their number in case anything happened. I loved the hotel, they told me that they had just taken over the operation, and they are doing a great job.

Lovely room. Comfortable bed, nice size run, nice simple design, good curtains, nice door to balcony. Easy to access. Quiet, private. Lovely terrace at the front for a morning coffee, to read, chat. No/not much storage space for clothes, but nice having a refrigerator to keep water cool.

Rooms are so small, but clean. There are some dust coming from stone walls which is expected. Bath is not so good but location clear all these problems.

There is nothing to do for now. Because it is the concept hotel using it. This is a trade-off: value for money, location, and comfort. Breakfast is so expensive and there should be cheaper options hotel may offer.

Location was unbeatable. Taer was very friendly and helpful. The building was charming. The shower was powerful.

The stone walled room with balcony was just absolutely gorgeous! The hotel is just one block from Jaffa... so convenient for shopping & eating or getting on public transit. The hotel is also within walking distance of the Old City. The staff and management here are wonderful... very easy to work with and accommodating. There was very good communication prior and during our stay. We didn't have a chance to try the breakfast which was served at Sergei Palace next door. I'm sure it would've been delicious! The dining setting is gorgeous! I would highly recommend this to anyone visiting Jerusalem.

The location of this hôtel is perfect, much better than I expected, close to Old City walking distance from Jaffa Gate, close to Ben Yehuda and night life, but very quiet and safe location, just at the corner of Central Police HQ ! The owner is very friendly and helpful, got a room with balcony, simple but great, Regarding the price this is definitely a great deal in the city

The prime location, the interior design, the saftey feeling

We couldnt find someone in the reception, all was open when we arrived but there was no one in the hotel to speak with. That felt a bit starnge, there is no parking in the area

This hotel is very well located, close to the old city, so you can walk everywhere. The room was very clean and it had a nice smell. It was easy to find, and the surrounding areas have lots of restaurants to chose from.

The room we stayed was somewhat noisy, with loud music being heard from outside. There was also not many options for organized tours directly from the hotel, so we had to do that online by ourselves.
