it was in a quiet location and the manager was very nice and helpful

the check in process is dreadful for international travelers. if you arrive after 5pm it’s a real pain and takes ages to contact someone. we arrived after a long day of travel and it took nearly 40 mins to get into our rooms! we managed to get into the hotel lobby because other guests were entering the hotel. The hotel needs to text or email the information to access the rooms and room number and code at least 24 hours before we arrive. We had an amazing time in this wonderful city, but the check in was very stressful. The hotel is cute and it was close to great shops and amazing restaurants. The check in process has to change

I loved this property. I stayed in 3 different rooms during my time which included a modern single & double room then a double room with a balcony. All were amazing.. particularly the one with the balcony. The manager was very helpful and friendly and I felt very welcome. The property is also situated only a few minutes walk to the Jaffa centre/ restaurants/ tram line and only about a 12 minute walk to the old city.

I liked all of it. The only tiny suggestions I would make is for there to be small soap containers in the bathrooms and a bin in the main area of the single room.

Excellent location. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Very attractive room. Awesome shower. Storage in the room was amazing. A very helpful assortment of freebies including razor/shaving cream and toothbrush/toothpaste, both of which we used.

Room was too small, there was only a little more than 0.5 meter space between the foot of the bed and the TV. The floor was dirty. We were there for 5 nights, but the staff never made up the bed, they just brought fresh towels each day. For the first couple days we had no hand towels, just extra bath towels. We never got washcloths.

The location, a short walk to Jaffa Gate and the old town was fabulous. We travelled over Passover so a lot of places were closed but there would have otherwise been lots of options to eat, drink and relax in the area. we also had the good luck of the Sherout transport stop back to Tel Aviv being right at the end of the road. Fadi, the manager, was very helpful and accommodating too. we felt very welcome and looked after.

We had a lower floor room with a covered terrace which was quite dark. In the end, the weather was very mixed so we didn’t get a chance to use the terrace much.

The room was really nice. The patio was great, to sit outside was nice and very quiet ! The black out curtains made it very dark and the room was a very comfortable size. Loved having the mini fridge . And the staff was very nice ! I enjoyed my stay ot was very quiet.

I was disappointed that the bathtub drain was broken , although the shower worked well . But I really wanted a bath. The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner maybe a 9 out of 10 and the outdoor porch had a bit of a dirty floor . But in general the room was very clean .

The hotel is well located. It is accessible to downtown within a few minutes and you can find restaurants and shopping area. It is near old town, too. The room is spacious, clean and modern. The bed is really comfortable.I like the TV with Netflix and YouTube. Not every hotel is equipped with these functions. The staffs there, especially manager Fadi, are all nice and willing to help. They are detail minded and friendly. Once you have problem, they can tackle it immediately. Fadi is especially thoughtful.

You have to get the password prior arrival. I have clear instructions how to get to the hotel but without password. As I arrive earlier on the first day without notifying the staff, I cannot get in the entrance. However, manager Fadi came and solved the problem eventually.So I extend two nights in the hotel, too. On top, no cup is provided for brushing teeth and no paper cup. However, they settle it shortly once I raise out the issue. Not a big problem at all. I will recommend the hotel to my friends if they wanna visit Jerusalem. Overall i am satisfied with the hotel and it is value for money.

we had the most perfect room for us. It was quiet and had a terrace overlooking a garden. it was like a self contained unit, we kept out key card and let ourselves into the property. it was a perfect position for everything. The breakfast was served at a nearby hotel about 10 minutes away. The food was freshly made each day and was adequate.

apart from the breakfast being in a different building there was nothing negative. The staff were excellent and the room was well looked after and it was so quiet.

In Jerusalem it's very difficult to find something so close to the center and so quite you can sleep as long as you want with out being disturbed from anything

If there is late check in are you forgot to make early check in and you arrive late you have to go and get the keys from a way of 10 minutes walk which is quite fast rating

My room was small, but when you visit you don't need a big room. The breakfast is outstanding, fresh and plenty. There is a NESPRESSO coffeemaker in the room, which comes in handy. All in all, I really liked staying at this place. The mini fridge did its purpose and they provide 2 bottles of water /day for all guests. The lady at the reception was very helpful and provided the necessary information. The place is 5 minutes away from Jaffa Center Tram station, 10 minutes walk from the Old City and there are plenty of small places where you can eat or just sit and have a coffee. The room also features a nice sized bathroom with plenty of amenities - toothbrush, shower gel etc.... of a very good quality.

The breakfast was delivered in a "take away" bag and left outside my door. Unfortunately there was no table or any other piece of furniture where one could eat the breakfast, so I picnicked on the bed. They warn you that they will transfer your phone number to business partners - and you will received plenty of nonsense messages. I blocked my number the day after check-in, when I had already received 5 ads of absolutely no relevance or importance to me.

The breakfast is not included, but you can easily find cafe's and other places in the neighborhood. The rooms are big and spacious. The position is excellent since it takes ~15 minutes to arrive to the old city (new gate). Also close to the train station.

The staff is not present before 9 am and after 5 pm, which is a bit uncomfortable for people arriving late and/or people leaving early.
