Breakfast was phenomenal. Varied , tasty and delicious

I like that the hotel is not like a large commercial hotel. The breakfast area is a beautiful atrium-like space with light and luscious colors. The food was delicious and I love that they had fresh fruit always available and beautifully displays on a table, a healthy snack, tea and coffee is always readily available. 1- The room was spacious and the bathroom was lovely. It was a perfect size, especially because I was there for my son's wedding and for about 10 days. It gave me space and comfort to do my work when I needed to. 2- The staff was professional, helpful and kind. They made my stay very comfortable and helped me with directions and finding particular stores when I asked since I don't speak or read the local languages. 3- The cleaning crew and the waitstaff were professional and friendly. Brown Villa is well maintained.

I didn't like that the sirens went off because of missiles being fired that were diverted by the iron dome but they have a good bomb-shelter.

My experience at this hotel was truly excellent. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed by the attentive and professional staff. The room was impeccably clean, beautifully designed, and offered every comfort I needed. The location is perfect — central, yet quiet enough to relax after a long day. What stood out to me most was the exceptional service and the small details that made my stay special. Whether it was the helpful recommendations, the flawless housekeeping, or the overall atmosphere, everything exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a high-quality and memorable stay.

I liked the design of the room, the lobby and the breakfast area. I liked the hotel staff members friendliness and kindness. A bus station that has many shuttles to the Kotel or many other areas in Jerusalem is convenient. Reduced price for parking the car was also nice. Healthy fresh fruits were served upon arrival which was a nice welcoming gesture. Great value for your money.

The facility didn’t have a gym available but it is not too far if you can walk to another facility.

If you are looking for a boutique style hotel with the Jerusalem factor then this is the one go for! Top from a design point of view, location can't get any better and if we have to talk about breakfast....oh myyyyy it's the most amazing of all. Ample and delicious...couldn't believe what I was getting on the table was just for one! I'd book this hotel on repeat just for the breakfast alone.

loved the building and the location, the staff was very nice and attentive from the beginning to the end and the breakfast was very nice! The room was also comfortable and a good size. Inside it was quiet and nice environment.

Inside the room, the curtain system was broken so we couldn't lift them, the room was a little dark. The furniture inside was a bit dirty as was the furniture in the common areas, which is minor but when you pay this price you expect the place to be clean. Also, there is no food at all apart from the breakfast which forces you to go out even when you would like to just enjoy a night in at the hotel.

Charming. Small. Personal touches. Jerusalem stone long velvet drapes. Within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The most amazing breakfast inside or on the terrace. Flowers everywhere. Steaming hot water in abundance. Helpful with getting us transportation.

Not a thing. It was everything I had hoped for. If you want a large franchise hotel that looks the same everywhere in the world this isn’t for you.

The room was quiet, with a high ceiling, and offered every comfort, especially the bed. I appreciated having an espresso machine in the room. The breakfast, served to me by the very capable waiter Mohammed, was exceptionally rich with a variety of samplings of middle-eastern dishes and served either in the very attractive lobby, the glassed-in patio, or the front courtyard, which is bedecked in flowers and has the feel of an oasis. Of particular value to me was the location: the property abuts the ultra-Orthodox neighborhood of Me'a She'arim and is also just five minutes away from Jaffa Street with its many shops and its rail line, which takes you to the train station traveling west or to the old city of Jerusalem traveling east. Both destinations are also easily reached on foot.

I was disappointed that my room had no view to speak of, but that's because I chose the cheapest one available. Another thing that was a bit of a disappointment was the fact that although the TV appeared to offer a variety of radio stations to listen to, it did not, in actual fact.
