Good sized basic room with small balcony. Small but well equipped gym. Perfect location just 5 minutes to Jaffa street and Triangle for shopping and restaurants everywhere. 15 minute walk to Old City Jaffa Gate. Free coffee all day and friendly staff

Doors slam shut , no soft close so it’s loud when people enter and exit rooms. Construction going on back of building. A bit of wear/cleanliness in common areas and rooms

Breakfast service was awesome with Khalil and Elena, always a joy to talk to in the morning as I stayed several nights. Food selection was good. The hotel is new and the room and bed are comfortable. Location is within city centre and can walk to the light rail

No bottle opener in the room or at the desk. The switch to alert staff for 'cleaning the room/do not disturb' does not work and they woke me up on the first day

It was a cute and small little boutique which made it very easy to come and go as we liked. The location was fabulous. The staff very friendly, and helpful. And the breakfasts had a huge spread. Very happy with it and I'd stay here again!

The bathrooms...the counters have a unique design which is very different than what I'm used to so that was a bit strange. But it doesn't affect the rating since that was a flaw with the architect or interior designers concept.

The staff was super helpful and very kind to our whole group! The property is very quaint, fun design, and clean. I really like the small number of rooms which makes it feel very personable and easy to hang out with our friends/ family in the seating areas. Breakfast has a nice large spread. Location was perfect!!

Needed the hotel as a base mainly for sleeping as out most of the time. Found room delightful. Spacious, comfortable and clean. Shower/WC good

Cannot recall what could be improved. Only thing comes to mind the speciality bread on first morning was not fresh

Room was cozy, location was good, breakfast was abundant.

Room had door to the next room and it wasn't very soundproof. Also, there were people being loud in a downstairs room until 4 in the morning. I don't think the room that was loud is part of the hotel.

Price of holiday dinner

Breakfast was above average but not exceotional. Location was as anticipated and room size was abovce average. Hot tea or coffee , cookies, fresh fruit, candy and apartiff was available 24/7. This was exceptional. Whirlpool and sun deck were an added treat for a botique hotel in a downtown location. Location was quiet. Elevators were prompt . More than adequate lounge areas in hotel. Cost was reasonable for Jerusalem and Israel.

I really had not complaints about the hotel.
