The Jerusalem Panorama Hotel is located in an Arabic Neighbourhood in East Jerusalem. From it, you have a direct view of the Old City of Jerusalem. Sitting on the 6th floor, enjoying breakfast while seeing the beauty of the Old City is a fantastic experience. Nearby there are a Pharmacy and a few grocery stores. Leaving the Hotel, It takes about 20min to reach the Western Wall on foot - Getsemane 5min, City of David 15min. During all times, you have a direct view of the Old City. It's hard to describe the joy of wandering in the early morning and evening, visiting the Old City, exploring different quarters, and meeting amazing people from many different cultures. Contrary to Western news outlets, Old City Jerusalem and Israel are extremely safe. I was able to explore day and night, visiting different parts of the country - I felt safer than in Germany The Personal has been extremely nice and helpful with everything, which reflects the generally high cultural standards in the country. If you are young, looking for an affordable Hotel, and love wandering around and exploring Biblical Jerusalem by yourself - this is the perfect location.

Check-In, I was asked to pay an additional 400 Skl to my 1250 Skl (a Booking.com mistake) - Before booking, I'd highly suggest reaching out via message, to see if the price is definitely correct. The Traffic is crazy - A taxi is the only viable option here. There are no restaurants before the Old City (where it's highly overpriced) and West Jerusalem (far away). For my two elderly relatives, the location was not ideal, mainly because of the long walking distances.

I loved the location, right next to Mount Olives, 15 minutes walking to Wailing Wall , it’s a simple hotel, if you just need a hotel to sleep in after touring in Jerusalem, this is your best choice! You can’t beat the price and the people working there are all friendly and helpful.

The wall is a little thinner than what I would prefer but other than that, I was happy

We wanted the hotel to be as close as it can be to the special sites we wanted to visit. So Jerusalem Panorama Hotel meets all of these expectations. Especially in the morning, eating our breakfast, we had the most perfect view of the old city and everything else. We enjoyed our stay there.

I wish we could stay longer.

Definitely the view from our room was breathtaking. We could see The old town of Jerusalem. Room was big enough, bathroom could be better. Breakfast was on top floor, so you have even better view, and the variety of food for breakfast was comperable with the hotels of this price.

Only that the tap water was so hot that you can easily burn yourself.

Good location. Beautiful view from hotel’s room window at the old city . Reception was very polite and friendly. We didn’t have a kettle and a hair dryer in our room. We asked the reception, they brought us everything the same day. Breakfast was provided. Also we could eat at evening too.

It was little bit noisy at night by the hotel. Boys on a bikes, spoke loudly. Also, mask isn’t far so I heard a loud prayer at 4:00 in the morning. My husband slept very tight and heard nothing . This hotel is little bit old. It needs remodelling. The carpet was dirty with spots on it.

Grateful for private parking but very congested area for driving. Carpets need replacing but exceptionally kind staff we will remember always!

Fantastic location and amazing views just took our breath away on first arrival ! All of Jerusalem major sites in one glance !! The most warmest of welcomes was given to us by the family who run hotel .We felt very special and nothing seemed any trouble . Very easy to find due to large signage on hotel front and Sat nav was exact as we arrived by rental car and had secure parking facilities . We felt the family run hotel had a lovely warm feel which could be improved with help from increased business .

A few improvements on refurbishing (aware these come at cost so support would be nice to help )

Beautiful view to the Temple Mount. Excellent breakfast and staff. Older hotel and rooms, but clean. Free parking lots. 15 min. walking distance from the Old City.

the smell of the corridor near our room is bad, the room has a smell of old like not being used for quite time.
