Good and polite service. In comparisment to other hotels in Israel - relatively very clean. Not perfect, but the cleanest we've stayed in! Location. Your keeping the disabled parking for us. But I guess it was a matter of luck...

I hardly eat breakfast. So even if the bouffé is not rich, it really doesn't matter to me. But somehow, I had the feeling of a gloomy breakfast... maybe because there wasn't a light from outside? (Because of the Mefunim, maybe it's not the original dining room?)... Someone was smoking in the stairway! It was at the time the sweet cleaning lady worked in our room, and the door was open. The room was next to the stairway's exit door. It was stinky even when the room's door was closed. Sine there is quite a good maintenance of the room, I would suggest maintaining the bathroom's white door (to keep it white...)...

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is excellent, within walking distance to many attractions and key places, which made exploring the area so convenient. The service was outstanding – the staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options to start the day off right. A lovely touch was the special table available throughout the day with juice and biscuits – perfect for a quick refreshment after returning from sightseeing. The only problem was the limited parking.

I loved the location and the proximity to all the sites to visit. Great location for take out & delivery and restaurants. I also liked the facilities how pleasant the staff were. Also parking available which was great.

No complaints- really. Just no trolly was available when we were checking out. No room service during the weekday.

Breakfast was plenty to choose from and the staff was amazing. And we were approached every morning asking if anything else we needed. Cleaning staff was excellent. Rooms and the bathroom were always cleaned thoroughly. Lady called Mart Ann ahwr another colleague were so friendly and attentive. Thank you very much for hosting us

It was a very good experience. I wish I had realized there is a lovely terrace on the third floor - which I was only made aware of on the day of departure. Maybe it could be better marked with signs by the elevators (and inside of the elevators). Staff was courteous. Will return!

I came with a group and had to extend my stay by one day, and wished to ensure that after making the booking with booking.com, I'd remain in the same room. It was only after mentioning the matter to the General Manager that it was resolved, after 3 days of inquiries with the front desk. I didn't feel that this simple request had to seem so complicated. At the end, it was resolved to my satisfaction.

Since my husband has mobility problems I enquired whether we could get a room with a walk in shower. The hotel accommodated us and made our stay much more pleasant. The staff was very friendly and helpful and gave a very warm and pleasant feeling to our stay.

Could have more parking though we did find one space for our stay.

The service was exceptional. The hotel could use a paint update. Especially in the rooms (at leastbin our room). Bathroom door was painted in a very sloppy way. But it didnt change how we feel about this hotel. I highly recommend it because of theot service an location

Maintenance of the hotel

We enjoyed our room with a very nice view of the old city of Jerusalem. we loved the sunroof porch on the 3rd floor and sat there at sunset enjoying a private quiet meal. the room was clean and comfortable. the décor is not new but that is not top on our list. the staff were very very friendly and helpful. the breakfast was nice. The location is great. we recommend to take a long walk from the old train station along the old tracks.

The location was good, all the facilities meet the requirements

I was charged with VAT even though i showed the passport with the blue card for foreigners. Nevertheless the girl at the reception apologized and made a refund, that we were waiting for for a week period.

The property is located close to the Old City in a quiet area. The rooms are quiet and well equipped. Staff are welcoming and very helpful. We want to thank Saba in particular for his help, patience and knowledge of Jerusalem. The breakfast is excellent. A pleasant experience.
