beautiful hotel, great location, amazing food and great service.

As is with all hotels in Israel that we stayed in. Dinner options on Saturday are non-existent. We understand Shabbos (we are Jewish) however for those who are not orthodox, its very challenging to have to wait until 9PM for a meal especially when there are also no restaurants open. There has to be a way for less religious (or non-jews) to have a good meal on Saturday without having to wait until late in the evening and leave the hotel to search for a meal, or be limited to room service.

The hotel is on the expensive side but well worth the price. This time they upgraded us to quite a large room; the bed and sofa were very comfortable and the view was wonderful. All the rooms have ample storage space. The shower and bath were in excellent working order and the water didn't leak onto the bathroom floor. The breakfast was very good. Every staff member with whom we interacted was exceptionally warm, friendly, and responsive, and gave professional and efficient service. We heard more than one guest say that they stay at the Inbal whenever they come to Jerusalem; we also saw travelers speaking with hotel employees as with old friends.

I wouldn't have minded more roasted veggies at breakfast.

This was our second stay at the Inbal. Like the first time, the staff was exceptionally polite and pleasant, the room spacious, well-appointed and clean (with enough room to store our clothes and belongings), the breakfast ample and delicious. Plus, we had a great time birdwatching from our balcony! Like all good hotels in Jerusalem, it's on the expensive side, but worth the price.

The coffee we ordered from room service was sub-par. Other than that, all good!

Excellent breakfast and managerial staff, the facilities staff was very helpful in making our bed more comfortable. Room was clean and cozy. Benefit of small balcony was very nice for a standard room. Many people we met had been staying there for years and kept returning even though they could afford to stay at other hotels. Free parking was available on our stay. Excellent quality for price.

Room was aged and furniture needed to be updated, but was otherwise functional. The wallpaper and carpet was in need of some repair and re-painting.

The breakfast and Shabbat dinner were absolutely fantastic — delicious and beautifully prepared. Bar22 had a great atmosphere and was a lot of fun. The building itself is modern and well-designed, adding to the overall experience.

While many of the Arabic staff were lovely and welcoming, unfortunately, a few were noticeably rude and seemed uncomfortable with Jewish guests, which detracted from an otherwise enjoyable stay

Every staff member paid attention to every single detail of the stay. They were accommodating and were able to flexible when I needed to stay an extra day due to the wildfires and road closures changing my work schedule. I will absolutely visit again! The business center manager was able to meet my every single, very last minute needs!

I wanted to stay longer!

The service from all of the staff was top tier. Breakfast was excellent . The Restaurants are high quality and the afternoon soup festival (open buffet of delicious soups and breads) was superb! The huge outdoor pool has a tent enclosure for use in the winter- which was a pleasant surprise.

Hotel needs new carpeting. The gym has good equipment, but the space is limited. Gym and spa level need an update.

Breakfast was absolutely amazing! HUGE selection (even on Shabbat) and the staff was super accommodating for every special request. Fresh squeezed juice and omlettes made to order were among our highlights!

Honestly, our stay was incredible. Can't wait to go back!

The staff is super friendly and very helpful. The location is perfect, near the old city walls and near the "First Station" with lots of restaurants and amusements for kids. The pool was also great.

The room was not very clean, i mean it was preppped and ready, but the floors had marks on them, and the bathroom floor had some hair on it, and the toilet you could see was smeared and not clean. We requested the room to be cleaned again. The hotel is a little expensive IMHO

Awesome breakfast, with an incredible variety to choose from, and great quality, might be the best I have ever had

The a/c wasn't working properly when we arrived, but it was quickly fixed by a technician, who replaced the filter.
