Where do we start? Everything from the moment we arrived to the moment we left was absolutely perfect. Very kind and hospitable staff. We arrived with valet and were taken to our room. The accommodation was beautiful- water, juices, shampoo, conditioner, towels, robes, slippers, etc provided. The space was clean and cozy. We used the spa and it was so relaxing- again the staff were so hospitable. Perfect for relaxation. We ordered food and it was delicious! Were able to eat outside overlooking the view. We went down to the Dead Sea and were able to float in the water and do the salt scrub. In the evening we ate at the Lebanese restaurant and it was delicious. Same with the breakfast and the pools overlooking the Dead Sea were gorgeous. We were picked up for check out and our car was ready for us once we checked out. Again, can’t say it enough how kind and hospitable the staff is.

Our stay was truly made special by the amazing staff. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with kindness and respect. Waseem at the reception went above and beyond to ensure we had an accessible room close to everything, which made a huge difference for us as my son has special needs. Ivan welcomed us warmly at the door, and Foad and Cecil from the restaurant provided exceptional service throughout our stay. I made sure to remember everyone's names because their kindness and professionalism truly stood out. Thank you all for making our visit so comfortable and memorable!

Me and my wife stayed at the Kempinski for our anniversary and it was remarkable. We enjoyed every second of our trip, the hotel was extremely clean and the service was impeccable. We booked a deluxe room with a semi private pool and it was so convenient when bringing our baby along. We didn’t want to leave! Big shoutout to Glydel for her help while checking in, and Ivan for checking up on us also at breakfast. Manal is a star, she will take care of your baby at the kids club. You can be sure that your baby is in safe hands while you're at the sea putting on mud. Amazing staff.

The rooms are very large and comfortable although, they're a bit dark. The pool areas are immense and beautiful. The helpful and friendly restaurant & spa staff made this a work vacation filled with many happy memories. The breakfast was excellent and we particularly enjoyed the Lebanese Restaurant and the Spa

The nice shopping mall less than 2km from the hotel was kept a secret, we noticed it while heading to the airport. Also there were no brochures or offers for nearby tourist attractions. It would have been nice if the concierge was more helpful when we asked about nearby things to do and for shopping.

My choice of Kempinski Hotel at the Dead Sea was not made in vain. My previous experiences have proven that Kempinski hotels are the best choice and a symbol of luxury, quality, and excellent service wherever they are found. Therefore, I did not hesitate for a moment to choose Kempinski Hotel at the Dead Sea as my place of stay in Jordan. When I arrived at the hotel, my expectations were not disappointed, as the hotel met the anticipated standards in terms of luxury, elegance, and services. What made the experience even more delightful was the warm welcome from the hotel manager himself, who greeted us warmly and offered us a discount on the rooms we had chosen. A heartfelt thank you to him and to all the hotel staff. The rooms we stayed in were in the Royal Villa, which is directly facing the sea and close to the restaurants and main services in the Ishtar building. The hotel stands out with its excellent services, multiple heated pools, and spa services, along with all the necessary amenities. Additionally, there are several restaurants, including a Lebanese restaurant, the main restaurant, and another serving international dishes. The hotel staff, composed entirely of young Jordanians, make your stay an unforgettable memory. They are always smiling and welcoming wherever you go, dedicated to serving guests with great commitment. They make you feel as if you are a guest in their home rather than in their workplace. A big thank you to all the employees, including those at the reception, restaurants, and throughout the hotel. A special thank you to Mr. Saeed at the pool for his outstanding service, limitless dedication, and commitment to ensuring our comfort. His devotion to guest satisfaction truly made a difference in our stay. You truly made our stay enjoyable, and we hope to repeat the experience.

What I did not like about the hotel was the lack of a private sandy beach, unlike some nearby hotels. The hotel's private beach is rocky and located on a cliff with a steep slope, making it difficult for elderly guests to go up and down.

The room was luxurious, the lights in it were super comfy. The breakfast is pretty good and they have a lot to choose from, and it tastes amazing, definitely tastier than your average hotel breakfast. The pools were amazing and the water was clean. Also, The DJ next to the adult pool is great.

I didn't like that the bread wasn't fresh in the breakfast. That's pretty much it

huge complex with luxury furnishings and display, multiple poos for kids, adults and family. world class spa facility and our room is above the spa with dead sea view, watching sunset from balcony dinner. We had amazing dinners at the Edge social Lounge and Labanese restaurant. Swimming in dead sea,mud bath after, it was a life time experience. Best of all, all staffs are friendly and helpful, Er specially want to express our outmost gratitude to Mr. Abdullah Saad who assisted us during our stay and took extra steps to provide information, suggestions and also arranged transprotations for our remaining Jordan journey. Our Jordan vacation has exceeded our expections, Thanks to Abdullah.

The property was very clean and well maintained. Food was excellent we had the half board and it was very convenient and good value. We also tried the room dining and that was excellent. One of the staff Ivan was exceptionally friendly and professional. If i decide to come back to the Kempinski it will be because of Ivan who every day at breakfast made our day with his smile and kindness asking us if we needed anything and how he can make our stay better. Thanks Ivan great asset to the hotel

Oh well we had an incident with one of what is called lady in red who was rude and we asked for the manager who was very professional and understanding and he apologized and he said he will sort that out.

We loved our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our room, which we paid a small amount extra to upgrade to the spa area with a patio. It was clean and comfortable, the food was good and generous, the spa pools and massage were fabulous (thanks Abigail), and the Dead Sea experience enhanced by the attentive staff. I have to praise the lady who looked after us as we relaxed by the spa pools. I didn't get her name sadly, but without being intrusive, she brought us drinks and checked on us.

The only hiccup was at checkout. Our cart didn't arrive at all to take us for checkout on time even after being assured that they were on their way! The doof doof music coming from the neighbouring property went from about 10 am to at least 10 pm and was very irritating, ruining the peaceful atmosphere.
