I've been to 6 or 7 different hotels in Jordan, this was definitely the best I had! The staff is super welcoming and very helpful. The rooms are spacious, well built (kudos for the shower with water tight doors and for the extra thin bed sheets instead of only the big thick ones), and very clean. The breakfast is delicious and complete. Everything is maintained to a very high standard. The location is good, 10 minutes away from the center. I totally recommend!!

WiFi speed was a bit unstable, but was always working to some degrees. Everything in this hotel is perfect.

Good location with parking spot, easy to walk to the main historic sites,can reach all in 30 minutes . Lots of restaurants and liquor shores near around. Get a very nice welcome and feels so comfortable in the lobby. The room is clean and tidy and well maintained which is very important for us. Thanks for all after the other hostels just want to charge 3 JD for parking

The hotel is located in a quiet street a couple of minutes walk from the pulsating center of Madaba, with all its shops, typical restaurants (a very good restaurant is in front of the hotel) interesting views to photograph and attractions. I booked a spacious, clean, tastefully furnished single room (with double bed), features also of the entire hotel, I think recently built or refurbishedand. The room was much nicer than expected. I met a kind staff - available in organizing tours to other Jordanian locations and transport services from and to the Airport - and ate a very good breakfast.

having to travel by car from Madaba to the Dead Sea, up to Petra, and to organize everything from Italy, to have time to contact several drivers and compare the prices offered by each one, I encountered a certain difficulty in obtaining a clear information on the price of the transport service of the Hotel's driver in these locations in a short time (a circumstance that led me to organize the planned trips with another driver). On the one hand I'm sorry: I met the driver of the hotel moving from the airport to Madaba and he was really kind, gentle and cheap. I therefore advise the Hotel, for the future, in case of requests of this type, to prepare an indicative fixed tariff to submit to guests (as already happens for the transport service to and from the airport).

We were very pleasantly surprised by our stay at this hotel. The room was clean and very comfortable for me and my two sons. The staff were extremely friendly and kind, providing us with all the information we needed. We made another reservation for our staying one nigh before flight back to home.

Looks like the shower was freshly renovated. The hotel is nicely decorated with the hand-made carpets. There is a parking behind the hotel.

Very nice place to stay in Madaba. The room was clean and confortable and the staff was very nice with us and our baby. The breakfast buffé was good and they offered to make omelettes for us. The last day, they also prepared the buffé earlier for us because we were going to the airport at 7 am. Coffee, tea and water are available 24/7. The city center of Madaba is 10-15 min away walking, but area is nice to walk and has many shops. Highly recommended hotel.

The door of the room could be better isolated from the corridor. We had no problems at all, but this could be a potential problem if other guests are noisy or talk loud in the central area if the building.

Nice and helpful personnel. Tea and coffee are available all the time. Clean rooms, nice arrangement of reception and sitting place on the upper floor.

Really nice hotel with good breakfast and great interior. You can drink coffee and read a book in the lobby as you have a FOUNTAIN inside, really relaxing. Staff is friendly and helpfun with tips how to get around Madaba

WiFi could be better, but still ok

Staff were very friendly and couldn't offer enough. The hotel as clean and met our requirements for a night stay before our flight home. We walked to a nearby restaurant and felt safe and comfortable in the area. Great place I'd staying in Madaba

The hotel was nice and clean with friendly staff, the rate was also decent.

Not much to say here, but if I have to say something, the breakfast wasn't anything special, but they at least provided it to their guests, which I appreciate.
