Location is one of a kind:the hotel is nested in the heart of the wilderness. The views are truly spectacular and the hot spring is a joy. We had the best time and it was perfect for finishing our trip in Jordan. The staff went above and beyond to please us. From the reception to the restaurant everyone welcomed us like family.

Beware if you're coming from the South of Jordan Google map will propose an itinerary through the mountains which is very dangerous.Continue straight on the dead sea highway and turn at the same level as Madaba instead. The route will be much easier and the views breathtaking.

Upgraded to a Suite with mesmerising views. Enjoyed the picturesque walk down to the spa facilities which were simply divine! The hot springs energised us and made us feel fresh and re-born. Found it difficult to leave, highly recomend

The hotel staff were very welcoming and accommodating. As we arrived at night, the hotel’s pool and private springs were closed but hotel staff drove us to the public hot springs which are open 24/7. They offered us a lift back when we were finished but we chose to walk as it was only a 5 minute walk from the hotel. It was great to see families, locals and tourists all enjoying the public hot springs late at night. Breakfast was excellent - a buffet style with many hot and cold options to choose from with eggs, pancakes and more cooked in front of you.

The staff were exceptional, always smiling, and always willing to go the extra mile. The room was comfortable, and having a view of the waterfall was a bonus, with a large balcony as well. The thermal pool was amazing, with water between 31 and 34 degrees celsius. The waterfalls were beautiful, although we did not attempt the pool below the waterfall as the water temperature was too high for us to attempt. There are 2 restaurants for meals, one with ala carte, and the other a buffet, We were upgraded to a Suite facing the waterfall on arrival.

If I were to be picky, I would have preferred more international dishes in the buffet for dinner and breakfast.

Location is phenomenal - I am giving 10 because I haven’t seen other location like this. Is utterly beautiful and views are stunning I liked decor of the hotel Staff was helpful and nice Breakfast had good choice and very tasty ( loved fresh pita )

Is sad this place is so neglected as it has massive potential Unfortunately it was dirty everywhere. From room to public areas. Balcony had bird poop everywhere same as for the restaurants. You had to eat breakfast looking at the poops on the wooden barrier. A lot of broken things around the hotel and poorly maintained Furniture in the room has some infestation of bugs as in the morning there was a powder on the floor. Room shutters had thick layer of dust and spots. Dust behind furniture, mirror smeary / dirty No shampoo in the bathroom Bathroom had mould on the grouting Staff is nice but needs proper cleaning training to European standard otherwise this hotel will only deteriorate Sun loungers were were old and rusty Room 608

We spent the weekend at the hotel and requested a special room decoration for my husband's birthday, which they did wonderfully. They even upgraded us, which was a lovely touch. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options.

However, there were a few things we didn’t enjoy. The hotel is in need of renovation and could benefit from some refurbishment, as we noticed some cleanliness issues. Despite being a five-star property, we were disappointed to find that there were no bathrobes or slippers in the room, and the minibar was empty. Additionally, the guests at the pool were quite noisy in the evenings, and the spa fees seemed a bit high. We weren't particularly impressed with the buffet or the dinner offerings at the hotel's restaurant, so we opted to dine at the nearby Panorama restaurant instead.

A gorgeous hotel with excellent design and excellent customer service. The hotel was absolutely beautiful and the view from the room was amazing. The service was also great, the cleaning man on our floor took the time to ask us our names and we arrived back to a beautiful heart and our initials on the bed in dried flower petals which was a really sweet touch. It's also great that the local hot springs are open only to hotel guests in the morning.

For the size of the hotel we found that the pool area was very small with not many places to lay and LOTS of children swimming and playing. One other thing to note, despite it being a 5 star hotel/spa there are LOTS of children around, so one shouldn't expect a calm, quiet, romantic experience.

The dinner and breakfast buffets were good. The swimming pool uses water from the hot springs, and in the morning it was far too hot to use, but when I went back to the pool at night it was perfect jacuzzi temperature. It is also a short walk from some of the natural hot spring waterfalls. The hotel's WiFi was decent. The next time that I want to visit the hot springs again I would be glad to stay again at this hotel.

The shower water sometimes was not as hot as I prefer.

Part of the hot springs area. Very quiet with strong security procedures. Does not allow cold drinks or water from outside the facility with limited supermarket inside

Old facility which requires technology modernization with bathroom does not have water sprayer “Shataf” as it was designed on western style only. Which makes hard to clean after using the toilet. It does not have had soap, however was full of shampoo and lotions. Good middle eastern breakfast, however restaurant is not 24/7 for such isolated distant. Only sandwiches are available on order. The kabab sandwich ordered at night have bad smell, could not finish, although staff was trying to help.
