We spent one night at the Hilton Dead Sea, and while the stay was great overall, getting around the hotel felt like a low-stakes version of “Survivor.” The signs were there, but somehow still left us feeling like we needed a GPS and a sherpa. The building layout is a bit of a puzzle, but hey—at least it keeps things interesting. Outside, there’s a bunch of construction going on (not part of the hotel, but still hard to ignore), so don’t expect pristine resort vibes from the moment you pull in. Now once you’re actually settled—bam! The food? Delicious. The music? Perfect. And the belly dancer? Honestly, she deserved her own spotlight and a standing ovation. All in all, Hilton brought the heat… after a slightly bumpy intro.

Super comfortable room in great hotel with extensive facilities. Out of season the family pool was heated and the surrounding area was a great place to relax. We tried several of the restaurants - all excellent and nothing was too much for the friendly, efficient staff.

We stayed at the hotel for 5 days in 3 rooms with kids and had an amazing time. Everything was super clean, the food was delicious, and all the pools were heated with really warm water,everything about the hotel and it’s facilities was perfect . But the highlight of the stay was the staff , Rosilla at the Kids Paradise was so sweet and attentive with the kids, they loved her! In the dining room, Reham, Janille, Yousef, and Mohammed were all incredibly polite and sweet and paid attention to every little detail. Mohammed at the reception was also super helpful and made everything easy for us. Everyone was so kind and welcoming ,we highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back!

The locating is amazing, cleanness is excellent, and the service is exceptional. I received excellent service from Mr Mohammad at the front desk, who made sure to provide all that I needed, to ensure an amazing stay. And Ms Hind’s follow up was truly appreciated. In addition to Mr Ahmad Mifleh, house keeping supervisor, whose smile, genuine care, and cooperation was incredible. Mr Rasheed from house keeping was so accommodating and cooperative. And mostly Mr Firas at the beach area, who provided the highlight of the trip, through his positive attitude, energetic style, genuine cooperation and an amazing ability for service from the heart. The staff at the breakfast area were amazing as well. Thank you 🙏🏻

Hilton comfort and style one expects. The major positive point of the hotel is the staff, who makes you feel very welcome and goes over and beyond to make your stay great. Special thanks goes to Reham working in the main restaurant, her smile and great energy were a true highlight.

Due to ongoing works and hotel design we were faced with the choice of either a great sea view, but miniscule balcony with no seating, or a balcony with chairs, but partial sea view and full exposure to construction project. The staff were accommodating in moving us between the above options, but none of the results seemed right given the amount you pay for it.

Our room was very spacious and comfortable with a lovely view over the Dead Sea The food was delicious - especially the Lebanese restaurant for dinner - and reasonably priced (which was surprising considering eating there is really the only option) The grounds are beautiful The beach and Dead Sea/ mud area is well created and was a great experience The staff were nearly all excellent

If you stay in room 320, be aware that the balcony is noisy from the poolside music in the day - especially the afternoon, and the restaurant entertainment in the evening (which ended at midnight, fortunately).

great location with excellent staff. separate swimming pools for adults and children. access to private beach.

lengthy queue at the main entrance, the hotel security could have prepared separate lanes between registered guest and drop-ins. it took us about 25minutes just to get in on Friday and about 15minutes on Saturday during our stay. second is the general cleanliness. the room was a bit dusty when we first came in, you can see they didn’t properly clean the telephone and bedside table. although to be fair, these were properly cleaned on day-2 of our stay. we had lunch in Bacchus restaurant. food was great but flies really ruined our lunch experience. in addition the glassware were dirty and had some chips on them, really not up to the standard you would expect from a Hilton hotel.

I visited all of 5 stars dead sea hotels , I stayed one night with my wife on weekends which’s very busy day and our first experience in Hilton dead-sea was amazing 👏🏻 I’d like to thx mrs abdullah on reception who’s always smiling and he’s trying his best to understand what do the costumer need …thx Hilton for the suite upgrade that was awesome 🤩 breakfast so delicious with wide variety of food …, Clean rooms,shampoo smile was cheerful😍, Clean rooms, The luxurious amenities, all pools are very clean and there’s elevator to the beach ,The manager and staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout my stay, making my travel experience truly enjoyable. wonderful management, thank you so much. ... Absolutely Incredible Stay at Hilton Dead Sea! Wow! My experience at Hilton Dead Sea was nothing short of amazing! Although I initially had a small issue with the bed in my room, the hotel’s exceptional service completely turned things around. Mr. Abdullah Al Manaseer, the duty manager, went above and beyond—without hesitation, he upgraded me to a beautiful suite and even offered complimentary breakfast as a gesture of hospitality. The level of care and professionalism was truly outstanding. From the breathtaking Dead Sea views to the luxurious amenities, everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff was warm, welcoming, and dedicated to ensuring a perfect stay. This is exactly the kind of service that makes a hotel stand out!
