I had the most amazing time at the Dead Sea Spa Hotel. I went there for a weekend of relaxation and I especially wanted to access their Spa services. I had several massages and treatments and enjoyed being taken care of by the Vitalia Spa staff. The hotel has access to the Dead Sea and the beach is well-equipped with deck chairs, umbrellas, and the mud bucket, of course. There are also showers with clean water. The restaurant and the bar have good quality food and drinks and the room service is efficient and high-quality as well.

The only major problem is that they do not provide bottles of water. In a country where tap water is not drinkable, it should be mandatory for a hotel to provide water for their customers. And this is actually what every other hotel in the country does. Honestly, I did not find this very nice.

The Dead Sea Spa Hotel is a 4 star hotel that doesn't pretend to be anything else. There are a multitude of sunbeds and parasols, so no getting up early! Large clean towels, 5 large swimming pools. Separate adults only pool. Small beach area right on the dead sea with plenty of mud. Large buffet restaurant with good food choices, lots of indoor and outdoor seating. Excellent spot to visit Amman and Petra. It is expensive to eat and drink in Jordan, so try to go half board. Only the most snobbish would be disappointed.

The tour desk was poor. No tour information to read. No information as regards the various restaurants.

The room was great and spacious. We had two rooms connected, which was great for two adults and two children. The views were amazing. The location was great, with easy access to the dead sea and not far from the Mall. Breakfast was great, and the staff friendly and helpful.

The fact that children (teenagers) were only allowed on the kids pool. I understand it was weekend and warm weather, but the kids pool was so full and loud that wasn’t so pleasant for us. And we couldn’t enjoy any of the other pools (i insist, our kids were teenagers, not small children). We would have also liked to be able to enjoy the pools a bit later. But we understand those were the hotel rules. But all this being said, we enjoyed our stay very much.

It is always a pleasure to stay at the Dead Sea Spa. I really like the cozy atmosphere of this place. It is a four-star hotel but with some familiar vibes. I like also the diversity of their customers - European tourists as well as local tourists. They have the ability to accommodate everyone's needs. The access to the beach is one of the best in the area. They have quite a lot of spots and all the facilities you might need (showers, beach beds, benches, and of course the mud buckets). There are also several swimming pools where kids are not allowed to enter - which I always appreciate. The overall space is extremely clean and the quality of the service is very high. I also had a massage at the Spa and it was amazing, as always!

As always when I go there, I am very disappointed about the drinking water situation. They do not provide water bottles for their customers (only one small bottle per day per person) and if you want to buy it they only sell big bottles for 3,000 JDs each. I think they should provide at least one big bottle per room or even provide it for free because it's just basic!! Especially during this time of the year, when there are 45 degrees at the Dead Sea, they should encourage their customers to drink as much water as possible. Another downside this time was that I got food poisoning. I know it can happen especially when temperatures are so high, but it was pretty bad.

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The rooms were New and very clean. Its directly on the dead sea (cause of climate Chance though you have to walk down a few minutes) and it has 4 nice and warm pools. Perfect for kids and also adults since there is an adult only area. The breakfast was really good (pancakes and waffles unfortunately took sometimes forever). There was Lunch (15jd) and dinner (20jd) Buffet (kids for free) with good quality food. There was also a Snack bar and roomservice with ok Pizza ect....

Since the hotel is in a remote area you are dependent on the food and drinks in the hotel. Water 1.5l is already quite expensive (3jd) and food also not cheap..... There is a mall (15min walk) closeby with very very nice Restaurants and ok prices to eat but DONT go shopping there since its rediciously expensive (sunlotion 25jd/ more than 30 €...) Make Sure u bring everything u need with u. Hotel checks your bags. U re not allowed to bring food or drinks from outside (same in the Other dead sea hotels).

The room was spacious and clean with a very nice view of the Dead Sea. The location provides access directly to the Dead Sea. The pools are kid friendly but the water temperature was very cold even in the afternoon. Dinner and breakfast were great and met our expectations. The doorbell man was also very nice and gave us better greeting and instruction than the receptionist himself

The reception was not really friendly and was not giving any greeting at all. The first only word he said to me was "Passport". The swimming pool only provided limited 2 towel per room even though we have 4 people.

The location is basically on the dead sea, The private beach is around 200 meters away from the hotel (a short walk). There you have access to chairs, sun loungers, umbrellas and dead sea mud, free of charge. The hotel is clean, and spacious. The breakfast was good and dinner was even better with many cooked meals (chicken, fish, beef) and meals for vegetarians.

The beach needs some work so there is room for improvement. And hygiene in the rooms could be improved. Spa prices are slightly high.

- The general aspect of the hotel complex (there are multiple buildings, gardens, restaurants...) is beautiful and very well maintained. There are palm trees everywhere, as well as gardens, orange trees and swimming pools. The access to the beach is through a big garden. - The view from the hotel , over the Dead See is simply amazing. - The room was very spacious and clean. - Breakfast and dinner were varied and delicious. The staff in the restaurant was always welcoming and very pleasant. - The hotel complex has its own spas, treatment centers and direct access to the beach at the Dead Sea.

- Access to the garden which leads to the beach was closing around 18:00 (most probably for safety reasons), thus limiting the possibility to have a nice walk around sunset. - There are a lot of construction works going on around the hotel, thus creating some visual discomfort and temporary noise. - An indoor swimming pool would have been nice, in order to compensate for the periods when the outdoor swimming pools are not in use (we travelled at the beginning of March, and only one outdoor swimming pool was full of water, but did not seem to be in use). - When staying there, you are limited to the confines of the spa resort, as there is no other city or shops or restaurants nearby (not in use, anyway), so renting a car is a must, in order to explore the area.

the hot water and water pressure, the view, the sheets, the pillows, the couch, the room space, the pools, the sea mud in the big stones ready for using.

Nothing was included with the booking price, the hotel name is "Dead Sea Spa", so we thought we were booking in a spa, then we discovered nothing is included, the spa needed a reservation and an extra paying. also, the aqua blue restaurant food does not match the prices at all. Their food quality was bad, and they were promoting their pizza a lot, so we tried it. I don't give it a 2 out of 10 honestly, and it soooooo overpriced.
