The hotel complex maintains its five-star standard, with the observation of some minor insignificant imperfections, noticeable only through extremely meticulous scrutiny.The welcome offered by the receptionist Omar and the Head of Reception was particularly warm and professional, immediately creating a familiar atmosphere. This level of hospitality deserves the highest appreciation.The exemplary cleanliness of the rooms, with frequent changes of linen and consumables, significantly contributed to the comfort of our stay. The attention paid to hygiene was remarkable. The varied and high-quality culinary offer, available for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, was another highlight. The restaurant staff especially Aws were exceptional, demonstrating particular attention to us. We felt welcomed and well-cared for. The quality, variety, and taste of the dishes were remarkable. Furthermore, the services offered by the Hertz car rental team within the hotel facilitated our trip to Petra. This experience was excellent. Our driver, Raied, proved to be not only an experienced driver but also an extremely knowledgeable and kind guide. In conclusion, we are delighted with our experience at the Movenpick Dead Sea Resort and the trip to Petra. We intend to return with pleasure and thank the entire Movenpick Dead Sea team for their professionalism and dedication.

One aspect that warrants mention is the considerable distance between the main building and the Dead Sea access area. The topography of the location involves a significant number of stairs, which could pose a challenge for guests with reduced mobility. However, the hotel management is aware this difficulty and implemented an effective solution by providing guests with a electric golf cars.

Where to start, once we arrived they upgraded us from a mountain view main building room to a sea view, near the beach in the village room and we werw welcomed by amazing hospitality and care and left us chocolates and fruit basket in the room Ahmad Ramadan the Front Desk Manager along side Mohammad the Director gave us a very warm welcome which made our stay unforgettable. As the day went through, we booked to use the Spa facilities and all the staff made us feel welcomed and prepared the lounge beds with extra towels and free cold water. Then we headed to the beach and the life guard Mohammad Edwan took photos of us, guided us to take mud from the sea and pulled a chunk of dead sea salt to use it and put it on top of our bodies, he was amazing. At dinner time we dined at the Grill restaurant and Hamza made our dinner so unique and dinner itself was so yummy, we had kebab bbq and some mezze and it was top notch. The night show with the band and belly dancer was exquisite and very nice. The morning breakfast buffet was huge and has everything from almost every cuisine and very tasty. Overall, the experience was unmatched and will surely return in the near future with my family as there's a kids club and they offer nanny services too. For a unique stay at the Dead Sea, stay here don't look further! Thank you team for making my holiday one to remember 🙏🙏

The chcek in process is clear and the girl at the reception was so nice her name was Narmin Sharyreh , she prepared every thing with a very nice smile in her face regardless the too many work she had in this busy day and busy hour When. We start talking with her her we forget all the stress because was so kind and she tried her best to help us and make us happy . The fahcalites was also good and the breakfast was vey good .

The shuttle bus was always late in the hot weather we walked a lot between room and pools and the each as well . Normally it’s fine but this date the weather was really hot

The hotel staff is exceptionally great. We received a free room upgrade and late check-out upon our arrival, which we were very grateful for. In general the resort is beautifully designed, following the different regions of Jordan. The access to the Dead sea is very convenient, you can walk there or get a ride with a golf cart every 10-15mins. At the shore of the Dead sea, they provide showers, towels and black mud. We used the family pool, which has a large deep-end area. There are also pools for kids separately and the shallow part of the family pool. So you can enjoy the pool without being interfered by kids playing. We tried two different restaurants (Italian and Middle-eastern style in the main building), both had very tasty food. In the evening, there is also live music and belly dancer performance. The hotel breakfast had a large selection and very tasty food. One of the best freshly made falafels I have ever tried! Overall was great experience, I would come back again!

I wish the air conditioning was slightly cooler in the room, but to be fair, we visited the resort on the hottest day of the year. Taking that into account, on a regular summer day, it is probably completely fine.

It was amazing! The food is really good and the room is amazing next to jacuzzi, the spa is exceptional but it has extra fees very good for therapy for rheumatoid. Staff is really professional and polite extra mile for customer service,extra thanks specially ms ghadi from reception and wijdan , miss ghadi took extra care for my stay to be perfect . Also Mr Khaled from beach pool really helped us and was taking care of us all time next to pool , thanks to bellboy Mr Abdelhafez was really helpful and nice . Thank you

Some important notes: The grill Lebanese restaurant is really over priced didn’t make any sense at all . But the food taste is really good Beach pool ice cream: hotel signature ice cream on that area need to be fresh we asked for it and it’s old and not refilled and they got our ice cream from another fresh place , it’s better to get it fast as it will melt

All the staff were great but special thanks to brother Ahmad that checked us in and made sure we would have a great stay. Room had a good balance of luxury and rustic charm that adds to the whole Dead Sea stay experience Having the rooms with dedicated 24-hour pool access was a great plus since we literally could swim anytime, and we did.

Minor issue but it would have been nice to have the Asian bidet available also. We really liked the rustic feel of the room but it may be off-putting to some that are looking for something more modern - but then again, if you want to stay near the Dead Sea, it makes more sense to have a place that fits with that.

We recently stayed at the Movenpick Dead Sea for three nights as a couple, and our experience was truly exceptional. The Resort is located in a very quite and serene area, offering stunning views of the Dead Sea. The rooms were impeccably clean & well maintained, and the staff provided the Extra outstanding services whenever and wherever Needed. The Open Buffet for Both Lunch & Dinner Offered a wide variety of food choices, with a particularly excellent selection of Middle Eastern Cuisine (Which we loved). The Pool Areas were consistently clean & well-organized, with attentive service from the pool team, ensuring the expectations are always met. We - As a Couple - spent most of our time at the Adults-only Pool, which provided a more relaxing atmosphere and an uninterrupted view of the Dead Sea while sunbathing and swimming. Additionally, that provided a more Quite atmosphere and Avoided the Noise of the Playing Kids at the Main Pool. The Jacuzzi Dedicated to each Compound of Rooms was amazing & Very Clean, providing a Calm and Quite relaxation with the Amazing Hot Bubbly water. (The Greatest idea ever). The Hotel's restaurants - Luigi's, Valley Cafe, and The Grill - also offered an exceptional dining experience, with the amazing Service & the Delicious Food. Note: If you consider Dining at the Grill Restaurant, A special mention goes to Muhammad (A Young Waiter at the Grill Restaurant), whose Friendly demeanor and great recommendations added a wonderful touch to our dining experience. Finally, the Hotel Dead Sea private beach area was exceptionally well-maintained and organized, adding the overall quality of our Stay.

The only feedback directed to the Main Reception Desk concerned the condition of the Room bathrooms, with a suggestion for minor renovations or touch-ups—nothing urgent or major. (The Front desk informed that this is on-going in Phases). Another comment related to the Movenpick Private Dead Sea Beach, where it is noted a need for additional lounge chairs or resting stations. Due to the limited availability, we were forced to place our bags and personal belongings directly on the sand.

We stayed for 2 nights with 8 mo baby and really enjoyed the resort! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The facilities are perfect! Having electric cars and a clinic on site was a lifesaver! Infinity pool- beautiful and the water was clean and the temperature was perfect 😄 Also the pool entry is very nice - imitating natural sea entry. Restaurants were also wonderful, especially the outside seating in Al Hayam! Stunning view 😍 The whole territory is well maintained, beautiful trees and plants all over😍 The artist who sells souvenirs is very talented so we bought a bunch of his artwork, you should definitely check him out! Good selections of food for breakfast and a nice a la carte dinner🍽️! The dead sea itself is a gem, and there is a nice beach with towels and showers, which is also a significant plus!

The food was delicious, incredible buffet experience. Very nice and clean rooms. And the check-in staff and members were very welcoming, especially the receptionist Rawan. The hotel rooms were extremely comfortable and we had an amazing view. The night life was very nice as well. They offer a few kits in the bathroom that are very useful, such as the shaving kit and dental kit.

Originally we were placed in a room that wasn’t ours, although that was fixed after we spoke to the reception. The cleanliness of the pools were not excellent and there was a minor issue with the bathroom, and this was the second I’ve experienced this in the hotel, but contacting the staff will fix this.
