this was a lovely stay. Kaza was a beautiful host. We arrived very early in the morning and he woke up just for us, to greet us! The room was lovely and spacious. But the greatest thing about this hotel is location!! You are right in the heart of this town. With great shops and restaurants near by. Right under the Hotel, you will find a lovely shop with local products. That shop and his owner made our trip. He showed us the real Jordanian hospitality , treated us with all short of teas, coffees and aromas and left us with the best inmpression about Jordan and it's people. Def pay s visit to his place, it's tottaly worth it!

Helpful, friendly staff. Wonderful ropftop terrace, great for breakfast. Location for exploring Madaba's surprising little circuit of world-class sites is truly unbeatable. Although this is a budget hotel, our room was pleasant, with a nice balcony and a very comfortable bed. Family-run with a homey, super friendly vibe.

This hotel looks like a dive from the street, but don't give up on it. If you have heavy luggage, the climb to reception on the third floor will get your heart pumping (but don't hesitate to ask for help--the owner will be delighted to assist).

location was great. breakfast was good, fresh eggs made to request. Kaza at reception was super friendly and helpful. we had asked for a mat for the bathroom and he very quickly obliged. also provided recommendations for restaurants nearby which was excellent. heater was working well. hangers in wardrobe provided. basic toiletries provided in bathroom. they helped us with carrying the luggage up the stairs during check in/out.

just points to note: bathroom would overflow into main area (hence request for a mat). need to go up staircases hence a consideration for those with any accesibility issues.

This experience far exceeded my expectations. Kaza was exceptionally kind and accommodating. I requested an airport transfer, and he arranged everything seamlessly. The driver, Tarek, was already waiting when I landed. The hotel itself is spotless and perfectly located. One of the highlights was enjoying breakfast on the rooftop, where I was treated to an incredible panoramic view of the city—it was the perfect way to start the day. Madaba took my breath away, and staying here made the experience even better. I highly recommend this hotel!

Very nice and very well maintained hotel opposite the orthodox mosaic church. Like verevrywhere in Jordan very clean. Very friendly personnel. The hotel made the impression that it just had been renovated in a very nice style. Nice breakfast on the terrace with a beautifull view over Madaba and the grand mosque. We did not know what to expect from Madaba, but its a really nice city (also for tourists). Very nice streets and rerstaurants on walking distance We came by rental car which we could park for free infront of the front door. We visited Mount Nebo, and Al Hakaya Museum. Both are very worthwhile. Really a hotel to come back again.

The room was clean. Great view from balcony. Terrace. Eady check in. Instructions at check in ( what to see, where to eat..). Price. Breakfast included. I really recommend that hotel, just hope you considered my option about breakfast.

The only think I didnt like and it is the only reason not to give 10 to the hotel is that at the brekfast one man of the staff was smoking in the kitchen and the girl.of the staff was sitting on the kitchen counter eith her feet on the counter. So I just lost my apetite thinking about how the breakfast was prepared.

The hotel has an excellent location--in the middle of Madaba with St. George's Church across the street and other sites within walking distance. Restaurants are abundant. Kaza was a very good host and laid a delicious breakfast buffet each morning for enjoying on the outdoor terrace. We were a little confused on entering as the reception was not on the ground floor, but found it two flights up--not an issue, but note that there is no elevator.

Location is superb. It just opposite the mosaic church, it's also very close to all major tourist atractions, shops, and restaurants. I've never met a more well-spoken and helpful receptionist in the Middle East, Simon, the hotel-owner. Coffee and tea facilities are available all the time. Washing machine at no extra payment. The bathrooms appear to be recently renovated. Very comfortable.

You should be careful when you leave the car on the street next to the hotel, because you may get a ticket. Otherwise, it was an excellent stay.

Sajar, Yama and Dema make the BEST breakfast! Even waffles! After regs cheese and tomatoes everyday, this was a welcome treat! Simon’s massage after walking around Petra was a good idea. The showers are fantastic, the bed is comfy, there is plenty of room to store your stuff. And the views are spectacular! I loved people watching on my balcony, and admiring the distant views, churches and minarets from the roof top. There’s even a hammock egg chair type thing! Brilliant location. Never need a taxi for anything unless you’re going further afield. (But even then a great loc for Mt Nebo, Dead Sea, and Bethany by the Jordan- the Baptism site)

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel! Everything about my experience was awesome. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the quality of service and attention to detail. The accommodations were perfect for my needs, and I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Whether it was the comfortable room, the excellent amenities, or the friendly staff, every aspect of the hotel exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch place to stay.
