There was a good selection at breakfast. We were also offered freshly squeezed orange juice, omelette and latte, cappuccino etc. The restaurant also has a cave area where we had breakfast the first morning it is decorated in a very traditional style and is warm and cosy. We had a traditional Jordanian meal on the second night which was delicious and very reasonably priced. Staff are all very helpful and the hotel is located very close (walking) to the entrance to Petra. Parking is also available. There was also a pool which was closed since it was December. We were on the 8th floor and the hotel has an amazing glass lift. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Petra. After an exhausting day hiking it was good to stay so close. As an added bonus there was complimentary juice and snacks left for us.

The only thing that was missing was a plug for the bath. I'm sure if we'd asked for a plug we would have received one.

I couldn’t recommend any other hotel for your stay, I was in shock with the exceptional welcome from the employees of the hotel 🙏🏽 without hesitation they recommended us the best restaurants to go, they made sure we felt at home. We had to leave early morning for our flight, and at that time breakfast was still not available and they opened the place earlier just for us to have breakfast before we left to the airport 🥹😭 we were in shock, how kind, such an amazing gesture. Everything super clean, staff so friendly, and such a hard employees 🙏🏽 thank you so much ♥️

The staff were so kind and helpful, our car was parked for us, our luggage taken to our room and a wee drink offered on arrival. We travelled in low season, so they upgraded us to a suite which was beautiful and massive. It was our first day in Jordan so they definitely made a great impression. The location is also great to do some tourism!

Great location. Set back just off Tourist St. Presented well. Lots close by. Resteraunt is good (especially if you secure the cave section). F&B Manager Emad Nawafleh really is a credit to the hotel. This hotel is a great choice in its price range and is top of its star rating.

Being picky; Only foreign TV channels. Slightly older bathrooms. Minor compared to our overall very enjoyable experience.

This is a beautiful modern hotel located literally 2 mins walk from the Petra gate. It looks fairly new with facilities such as a pool (cold), roof terrace and elevator. I was on the 8th floor with a fantastic view to wake up to. The staff was top quality but especially MR. EMAD who was always warm, welcoming and very hospitable.

I LOVED This Hotel ! The Awesome Team here made it Super Awesome ! The room was great too ! The Service was Exceptional and my room exceeded my expectations. Super comfy bed - Great Shower - Free mini bar ;) - The location is perfect - Loved the Free parking - and Breakfast ( Loved the team at breakfast! ) was also perfect. They accomodated me Missing it one day - Truly A + Staff ! :))) Reception staff was wonderful - as well as Mgmt and Super Security ! I can't say enough. Even the price was outstanding! Yes! Book this hotel -you will love it too. :--) Oh and kudos to housecleaning - Super sweet and respectful . :)) The entire property is fantastic - I even blew off other reservations to stay her additional nights. very well located really at 5-10 minutes walking distance from Petra site entrance. rich breakfast and spacious room with all facilities. I would really like to thank Mr Khaled and his team, from the receptionists to the waiters serving the breakfast (I remember Aboud) for having treated my mum and I during our stay as "queens". They really helped us with all kind of needs and satisfied all our expectations. I would really recommend a stay in Edom hotel not only for the location but really for the people who work there as you will not be only a client but you would feel as part of a family. thanks again!

So close to the visitors centre. Lovely warm rooms. Free mini bar. Complimentary toiletries. Really lovely staff who were so helpful at breakfast and gave a little takeaway package for my son who didn't have enough time for breakfast before leaving for our tour at 7am.

First of all, the staff are extremely professional and friendly, especially Mr. Emad, who runs the restaurant. He made us feel welcome every morning when we had breakfast. Essam, the chef, was extremely attentive and cooked our eggs exactly as we like them. The hotel is spotlessly clean and bright and has everything you need. This has easily been our favourite hotel in Jordan and I couldn’t think of a single thing they need to do to improve it except to stay just the way they are. Thank you so much for looking after us during our three day stay, especially Mr. Emad.

The location was ideal - very close to the Petra Visitor Centre - it was comfortable, very clean and the breakfasts were excellent. In addition, the staff we met were very friendly, professional and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.
