The staff was very welcoming and tried to accommodate every wish. We were provided with an extensive breakfast package to go in the morning before we left for Petra. The rooms are big and include all necessities (even a lot of free soft drinks!).

The location on Google is not the actual location (it’s further out), and because the place has been renovated recently, the pool is not ready yet. Access to the Hamman costs extra (25JODpp), and there is no gym (even though indicated on booking).

Very elegant hotel, really nice staff, generous breakfast, clean and wide rooms. Very good price-quality ratio.

The address of the hotel made it look very close to the Petra Visitor's Centre (12 minutes by foot) but it was in fact more distant (40 minutes by foot) so we had to take our car. We asked for lunch boxes and just the first day had a discount as hotel guests (the second day we had to pay full price, and it was expensive). Apart from that it was a very good hotel.

We were happy to stay here. The staff was helpful and quick with service, and they gave us a free dinner as a form of hospitality. The rooms are very clean and the view is very beautiful. You can see the sunset beautifully.

I highly recommend it A delicious dinner buffet, and an outdoor pool with a terrace overlooking the Petra Mountains. We had the best stay in Jordan.

Need improvement: -the doors dose not have spyhole - need an extra lock with a chain - floor indicator missing you need to guess where is the room - hot water was turned on at night, BREAK FAST : was poor we asked the bill boy to bring water cuz the waiter was missing,

the hotel was full and there’s a groups from every where the staff known to speaks many languages the room was so amazing and the breakfast was okay too the person how’s working at the souvenir he was so handsome and so friendly I recommend his shop thank you Rashed …I will come again for this hotel

Amazing hotel. So quiet and chill, with an outstanding view from the balcony. The most welcoming front desk staff, ready to solve any inquiry or issue. Great room - large and cozy. Beds are awesome, AC fully functional and effective. Totally recommend. Overall, it was our best stay across Jordan

Seems like we stayed during the very low occupancy rate. Only a couple of tables were prepared for breakfast. There was no buffet. The waiter brought a cold plate (an assortment of cheeses, jams, butter, olives etc.) + breadbasket. Additionally a small portion of scrambled eggs was prepared for each person. It is fully understandable with the very low occupancy - no blame here. It was a bit unexpected though.

Nice and kind staff. Spacious rooms. Delicious breakfast and dinner, multiple options.

The swimming pool wasn't open/not finished yet.
