This is one of the few decent hotels in downtown Mombasa. The rooms are huge --two-room suites -- though not everything works. It's quiet most of the time, the AC is great. The hot breakfast is traditional African food, very tastey. You can walk everywhere (the downtown, the Fort). The location in front of the famous "two tusks" is very convenient.

Some of the furniture is showing its age--my chair almost collapsed when I sat down, there was a fridge in my room but it didn't work. The staff are polite and helpful, but not always as forthcoming as they could be: only after checking out did I learn from another traveller that there's a rooftop vantage point where you can get a great photograph of the two tusks that cross Moi Avenue.

The staff was incredible. Kind and helpful. They did not dismiss me when I had a concern and showed me where to get transportation. That kind of generosity and kindness must be appreciated. Thank you to Joe (who was patient with taking me to the rooms recommended) and Faith (the lady at the reception who made sure I got a room to my liking.

The rooms with the balcony were close to the clubs. Making it very hard to rest during the night. Perhaps that can change. Making the rooms soundproof to avoid the noise from outside spilling into the room.

Breakfast was exceptional I think was the reason we agreed to extend our stay with one more day without any regrets..the receptionist also gave us a warm welcome and swiftly responded to our call..we will surely be back at Sheraton

Our fridge had spillage.. there was also open drainage which occasionally was smelly and quite frankly was uncomfortable

Hotel service was good

The room accommodation,no towels on first day,had to ask for towels,safe lock in the room was closed and cannot be used,balcony door have no lock,wash room have no soap to wash hand and no separation when bathing,meaning water from bath place spreading to hand wash place

The rooms are clean and big. We always had a big continental breakfast which was served on time. No power blackouts. The waitresses at the dining room would offer the room service chapchap when requested physically. Hotel is conveniently located along Moi Road just near the Mombasa Tusks monument.

The only challenge was a broken phone which didn't work when we wanted Room service.

The breakfast was great . And the swimming pool was refreshing after a long day. The AC was a change from the normal temperatures outside the room. The rooms were clean and also spacious.

The location was a bit inaccessible especially when going to the beach .

The breakfast was absolutely delicious(amazing coffee!!) I was happy with the location as It was close to many establishments I wished to visit. Cleanliness was a 10/10 and i was satisfied with my room.

There was noise from the neighbouring bars that didn't allow for rest at night. The hotel could do with a parking lot as I couldn't move in and out of the hotel with a taxi due to unwilling drivers as a result of lack of parking.

Staff was awesome, extremely helpful no matter what hour it was. I hadn't expected an apartment, so was quite pleased with the facilities. Small kitchenette, sitting room, in addition to the rain shower head and large bed. Centrally located.

Very very friendly staff..they really take care of us...ok we were the only tourists. Big clean rooms with moskito net. Clean pool and beach in front of you. Everything perfect for me. Nice Tree House Karoke Bar about 300m right side at the beach with also nice staff and fair local prices.

The food prices at the Hotel was a bit too high comparing outside.

Very friendly staff. Faith at reception was very very helpful. Sauda the housekeeper has a very good heart. I really loved the hospitality from all staff I ever met. I will be back again soon
