The location of the hotel was perfectly fine within town

Water was cold we showered with cold water

The place it's quite and good service I like it also the staff were so good

Great and excellent turn-around times. There were no unnecessary delays Orders delivered in a timely manner.

I checked in the hotel at 1am and requested to have a late check-out at 11am to allow me sleep, but was awaken by the housekeeping ladies. They were too noisy and woke me up at 8 am by chatting and laughing so loudly. I did not enjoy my extended check-out as anticipated

I was not impressed with the breakfast(just a cup of tea and 2 mandazi) given the standard of the hotel. The location of the hotel is ideal especially for travelers, business people and work related travel within Nairobi CBD.

The breakfast. They should serve better breakfast with balanced diet and not just a a cup of tea and 2 mandazi. I was told the breakfast was determined by the rate I paid for the room. They should give someone options when reserving or booking the room.

There was no breakfast.....bed only....unless I was conned

Minor issues......remotes have no batteries The reception need to be straight forward..if booking online says 933 shillings let it be so and not 1500 as she initially claimed. Should also include breakfast...

I loved everything, they have very good staff and facilities, good food and very affordable price for the kind of services i got there and they are very patient with the customers during their leaving time. Very much coming back time and again.

The property was decent and you get what you pay for. The customer service is good and I ate from their diner which was good as well.

I was there for a short stay so it was not really much to not like.

The receptionist, Phylis, is amazing, discipline, quick and supportive. She deserves a lifetime contract at Epitome. Everything was fine.

The hotel is located in the business district of Nairobi. Easy access to the city center.

Nairobi is a bit cold. There was no hot water for bathing.

the rate doesnt come with breakfast kindly note. Dont come demanding for one just pay for it is affordable
