people can take drinks in glasses by the pool side yet I could not sit in the same area with a sandwich.. Stupid. Glass by a pool / in a pool is a far greater hazard and likelyhood to happen than a french frie cutting someones skin in the pool.. Stupid. honestly. STOP PEOPLE SMOKING BY THE POOL SIDE !! Its a public place. I did NOT enjoy cig and cigar passive smoking as I did on Saturday.. yet had to go inside to eat my sandwich and fries......... Dumb !

The service, culinary experience, presentation, cleanliness and seamless on-boarding process on check-in stand out from the moment you step on the premises. The service desks are well equipped, and the staff's professionalism shines through and through. On dining: The multiple restaurants on premise and the rooftop bar are top-notch facilities providing cuisine options catering to multiple dietary needs. Fast service, a wide variety of both affordable and exotic dining options and a welcoming ambience stand out to any guest. On the rooms: Spacious, well equipped and immaculately maintained. The mini-bar(s) in the rooms are also well stocked with a variety of drinks and snacks, with a very moderate price tag to match. There's also a gym and a sauna on premise that truly deliver on their function and purpose. Airport transfers to and from the facility are also complimentary with every booking, and can also be arranged in advance via the concierge(s) on premise. I found this service to be quite effective for reliable and timely transfers in and out of the airport. All in all, an outstanding facility backed by it's excellent staff and facilities.

There's little to write here, to be honest. Perhaps a longer stay here would give me more insights into any shortcomings with Four Points Sheraton JKIA, but for now, this is just a foot-note on that no discernible flaws in either infrastructure, service delivery, or dining, stood out. A small gripe would be with the WiFi: The session(s) set aside for walk-in guest passes expire in about 2 hours or less, which is far shorter than the advertised 4 hours.

We stayed at The Four Points by Sheraton on our arrival in Kenya and before our departure. The staff was pleasant, efficient, and responsive. Our rooms were modern and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The restaurant on the lower level provided a variety of well-prepared meals for leisurely breakfasts and lunches. The hotel is within the airport zone, a tightly-secured area, so there were no concerns regarding safety.

Bathroom was a little dirty. No dryers or ironing boards in the room, can be ordered from house keeping though. Air conditioning wasn’t working and the room was hot.

The hotel supplies complimentary airport shuttle services and also the breakfast opens very early it is very convenient for the travelers for next day flights. The staffs are very friendly. The hotel is very well maintained. We like it and will choose it again next time.

The socket for international travelers has no power. It will be difficult to charge the phone if you don’t have converter.

Friendly staff and great service. Reception was good and offered alternatives for a refresh and shower even after checkout due to a late flight. Restaurant staff were always cheerful, helpful, attentive. They have a 24 hours restaurant which is useful. And no attempts to get their guests to leave even when we had finished our meal. Security staff at entrance gate was thorough but did their job with friendliness.

We checked in as a couple but room had only one of everything ... slipper, bathrobe, towel.

The hotel is about 5 minutes drive from the airport. With some assistance, I found the hotel rep at the airport. It was not difficult. Staff at the hotel were friendly. I liked the room: modern, clean and very comfortable. Good storage/wi-fi/shower. Good breakfast. Pity not to have longer to enjoy the facilities!

This hotel is perfect for an overnight or even a couple days stay if you are in transit. The shuttle leaves every 5 minutes to Nairobi Airport. The staff are very courteous and helpful. The room service menu is extensive. And the rooms are well appointed and comfortable.

From the easy check-in to the early check-out and complimentary drop off at the airport, the staff were efficient and helpful. The room was very comfortable, and I appreciated being able to work smoothly in the evening. The short stay meant I saw few of the facilities, but the rooftop restaurant was pleasant – if perhaps not the least expensive option.

All of the staff were very polite, helpful and professional. I would like to make a special mention for the assistance I received from the concierge. I didn’t get the guys name, he told me he had worked for the hotel for about 6 months, he was about 5’ 10” tall with glasses. In short a bag had been delayed arriving from a flight, the concierge made sure that I got access to the baggage office, checked that I had successfully got the bag and then arranged for my return to the hotel, fantastic assistance without which I don’t think I would have been able to recover the missing bag - thank you.

Pool is being refurbished, but the hotel have made arrangements for access to a nearby pool. They have also arranged transport to and from the pool.
