Clean & Quiet room, conveniently located in a safe location - 10mins drive from airport. Information regarding transfer to/from airport.: Uber: We booked Uber 4 times during our stay to/from airport at different timing (late evening, mid of the night and very early morning) and faced NO safety issues either from Uber driver or on the road .... (we never felt unsafe). - Hotel offers an airport transfer service (for roughly 2 times the cost of a Uber). - Aiport pre-paid taxis charge roughly 5 times the cost of a Uber (SCAM !!).

The staff were fantastic. Ian who picked us up from the hotel was so welcoming and friendly. Very knowledgeable and professional. The bed and pillows were comfortable Nice size room with nice temperature shower. The reception and bar/restaurant staff were really friendly. Nice 24h restaurant and tasty food. Very good value for money. Hope to stay again depending on our travel plans.

We loved it all, no complaints.

I stayed twice during my trip in Kenya and both times I found perfectly clean rooms, kind staff and service, and nice food (the restaurant is 24h, which is a plus). There are some constructions going on nearby, which for some people could be annoying during the day, but for me it wasn't a problem. If you're looking for a place that's good, affordable and close to the airport, consider staying here.

During the night the surroundings could be perceived as a little unsafe, especially as a woman travelling solo, so I'd recommend being careful and arranging transportation in advance, which you can do directly with the hotel (aprox $15USD) or through Uber (aprox $8USD). However, this is out of the accomodation's control, and everything else was perfect.

The room was clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable and the staff were professional and helpful

I had arranged with the hotel airport transportation, but the driver didn't show up , i know there were heavy rains at that time but the driver or the hotel should have informed me that the driver can't make it to the airport.

1. Restaurant wasn't clean especially the floor and tables were dusty 2. The bathroom did not have slippers to shower in 3. The bathroom tiles were stained and wasn't throughly cleaned 4. The bathroom wasn't properly built so anytime you shower water spills over to the toilet area. 5. No mat in the bathroom for drying feet

Neighbourhood is dodgy Shower was splashing all the floor in bathroom… Our room did not have towels when we arrived and noticed once my boyfriend was in the shower. Went down to ask for it and they said they’d bring it. 10 mins passed qnd my boyfriend was still waiting for it so I had to go downstairs and ask again. The lady spent about 5-10 mins trying to reach housekeeping without luck and I unfortunately had to insist as my bf was waiting. She took about 15 steps, opened a closet and gave me the towels… all this could have been avoided by doing it the first time… so maybe improving the service in these situations?

Clean and comfortable room. The hotel is located near to a local supermarket and is equipped with a 24 hour operating restaurant. Prices charged at the restaurant was significantly higher compared to local prices (average cost per meal is KES1000-1600) however considering the convenience it's okay.

When we first check in we were offered room at 1st floor which was noisy - We could hear the guests checking in and out all the time at hotel lobby. We requested for higher floor on our next stay, the request was accommodated, and it was much better and tranquil. Although there is a microwave oven, there were no utensils (bowls, fork, knife, spoon etc.) offered which was a let down.

Clean bed and bed and bath linens, hot shower with great water pressure, a 24 hour restaurant which serves delicious food. Overall a great value for money. We were here for 14 hours before our flight and after our Masai Mara safari vacation and it was perfect to take a nap, have a light dinner and a warm shower before our flight.

There was extremely loud music and speech noise issue from a nearby religious establishment that was on till 9 pm at night on the night we were there. That was the only thing that hampered our rest at Kozi Suites. It’s absolutely not the hotel’s fault but it’s worth mentioning for people who are sensitive to noise.

The location proximity from the Airport and Train Station was a huge bonus! No need to worry about missing your flight or train because of Nairobi traffic. There is a shopping mall near by for food and what not which i found to be super helpful. The staff seemed chill and flexible. I was on the 7th floor with very loud, drunk and obnoxious neighbors and they agreed to move me to a different room and floor with no hesitation. Ended up extending my trip.

The walls are thin and there are air vents from the bathroom facing the hallways. So whatever you whisper from the bathroom everyone can hear in the hallway. I just thought that was an absurd architectural design choice for a hotel. Also the rooms smelled like cigarettes so much it made me sick. Regardless of this, I still enjoyed my stay there. And oh Lord, the restaurant on the top floor takes forever to make your food. Im talking an hour and a half for anything.
