The room was nice and clean. The air conditioner was silent and well-adjustable (no cold draught). The curtains were exceptionally good: they kept the room dark. The pillows were comfortable. There was a rooftop restaurant in the hotel so there was no need to go out to get food. Food was good.

The hotel is in a restless area, and a very busy road is just under the windows. The windows didn't keep the noise out, and traffic fumes intruded (the thick curtains helped a little). The hotel seems to be near the airport but during busy hours it can take a while to get there because of the chaotic traffic.

The bed was comfortable, clean. Had a nice chicken stir fry from the restaurant on the top floor. Staff was attentive to our comfort. Walking in the local market outside and to the left was good experience.

Problem that Uber drivers could not find the place for drop-off or pick-up. Although close to the airport getting there for departure is a longer route and time expectation due to highway configuration. Some noise from the highway while sleeping.

Very clean, comfortable, nice for our night stay before flight. Hotel is 15 minutes from airport. We were not researching area, just needed rest. Restaurant on rooftop was nice for dinner and couple of beers.

All was good, comfortable, nice, clean and safe. The only missing thing was hairdryer. It was noisy area and weak sound isolation, but for our stay purpose that was not a problem

I flew in from the States on my initial booking the taxi service was prompt, the check-in was swift and professional, My second booking was on return from Mombasa on both occasions the staff from the cleaner and upwards were friendly and professional. I totally enjoyed my stay on both occasions, the menu though limited was well priced and professionally prepared and presented

I do not have any complaints.

It’s very easy to get to, very close to the airport, clean, comfortable bed.

The car-produced noise from the outside. There were some noises that I didn’t even know they existed. Make sure you have a pair of quality ear plugs with you, otherwise you’re not getting much sleep.

Relatively near the airport, about 20 minutes depending on time of day. Rooms are clean and comfortable. For a quieter room ask for one of the inner rooms such as 303. The outer rooms with large windows are nicer but they get some traffic noise and street vendor music. Overall this hotel I consider good value for money.

It was clean, and staff were friendly

Hotel was on a busy, noisy road. It took us one and and a half to find the hotel, which actually 15mins away. Hotel’s outside lights of bane of hotel wasn’t working. Even the motor cycle guide couldn’t find hotel.

Location and convenience to the Airport and SGR train

We booked a shuttle for the next morning transfer to SGR but it was not available and the driver could not be reached because it was a Saturday. The receptionist however offered to get us alternative transport which was amazing.

Location is near airport, therefor chosen to spend time between flights.its 15 minutes drive from airport

The only thing missing was hairdryer Also, some hermetic issues with shower, that water was in the room and toilet floor

The hotel is relatively close to the JKIA airport, so this is convenient for someone travelling early or arriving late. The basic amenities were available, the room was clean, and the staff was friendly.

The road is quite busy though, so traffic noise can be heard through the night.
