Hilton Garden Inn Nairobi Airport has been my go to hotel for the past few years, and they never disappoint. Extremely friendly staff, great overall atmosphere, beautiful facility, wonderful rooms and very convenient location, minutes away from JKIA airport and from Gateway mall and shopping center. They offer free shuttle bus from/to JKIA, which is a huge plus. You really can't go wrong with the facility. Breakfast is well supplied and full of options, definitely worth it. The hotel also offers free parking, which is super convenient if you have a car. I will always enjoy staying at Hilton Garden Inn Nairobi Airport.

NTR: Nothing To Report, really. From the years I have stayed in, I haven't had an issue that wasn't promptly resolved, allowing me to get the best experience out of my stay. So definitely a place worth staying.

About a 10-15 min drive from airport bit more than we expected but the hotel shuttle managed the times and picks up very well. Good shuttle bus and safe, friendly driver Hotel rooms were large, clean, well equipped so we were super happy Beds were wonderful Bathroom was great, lovely hot showers Room was quiet, we slept well

In restaurant, food was good but expensive Staff were ok but not that friendly, attentive in comparison to the rest of our trip in africa Had lots of mosquitos during our dinner which was disappointing.

It was an amazing stay here. The room was super comfy. Nice bathroom. Very comfortable bed and amazing staff who made sure our stay was great. The buffet was spectacular. Amazing selection of great meals. The chefs were friendly. Also we had an afternoon flight which was great. They allowed check out in the afternoon. I would definitely come back again when back. It’s so close to the airport and gave us transfers which made it so easy. Thank you so much 💕

Friendly and helpful staff, very good bedroom and bathroom with great shower. Good security and good shuttle service to the airport. Garden Restaraunt was a bonus and atmosphere in the bar area was just right, clean, tidy but friendly. The evening buffet option was a hit for me. Reception staff were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.

Very little to comment on here. The only minor improvements I can suggest is that the music level in the rooftop pool area could be a little lower and the phone used to place orders for food etc be located away from the music which made communication quite difficult. I would suggest a phone app could be a good option to enable the menu to be browsed in several languages and orders placed directly against a room number. This could work well for room service as well as orders from the pool location.

Food was very good, all staff was very friendly

The roof top pool was out of action and we was not informed of this! We got upstairs in our trucks and towels just to be embarrassed it was closed. I would not of book this hotel at this price if I knew the pool was out of action and to not be told on check in or room subsidised is very poor service! We also booked a taxi using the reception and we were charged a ridiculous amount for 2 short journeys, 3 times more than what we paid earlier during the day.

The staff was very welcoming and nice, also we appreciated the airport shuttle service, which was on time and comfortable. Also the rooms were clean and had all the necessary things. Very nice place to stay specially when coming from or going to the Nairobi International airport.

We were a bit disappointed that the swimming pool didn't work and there was no information about it before hand. It was one of the main features why we decided to stay in this hotel, not any other close by.

- great location , very close to the international airport and they also provide complimentary shuttle service - the breakfast buffet was really good , had every possible cuisine that one could need - have a laundry room for guests which is a life saver if you have been travelling for quite a few days and still have a considerable days of travel ahead of you

- the alacarte menu was very limiting as a vegetarian and the food I ordered was not upto the Hilton standard ( mezze platter)

Check-in/check-out was quick and the room was clean. The complimentary shuttle to the airport was ultra convenient.

I stayed for just a few hours to get some rest before an early morning flight out of KJIA. Well, that was the plan... However, the whole time I was there staff were NOISILY cleaning rooms and talking at the top of their lungs (even after 10 pm). There should be some level of consideration!!!

Staff are exceptional. Friendly and efficient service. Bar is 24 hours and food served until very late. Perfect airport hotel experience. Wonderful shuttle service - quick and easy! Safe for female travellers who are travelling alone. Always felt safe and looked after!

Food and drink prices are a bit expensive, but not terribly so.

Booked this for one night between evening and morning flights and loved everything about it. We even got a proper breakfast in the restaurant even if we had to leave already at 6 AM. The hotel had free transport from and to the airport and the wifi was great. In Nairobi Airport you should definitely stay in the airport area for short transfers - much less hassle with the numerous security checks when entering the airport area.

Maybe a bit wider selection in the lobby shop for those who arrive late and would not want to eat a proper dinner any more.
