Safety, not far from the airport. Inside the department store, you can also find the Safaricom shop here, no need to do the long wait at the airport. Breakfast is very good compared to other places in Kenya. The hotel's restaurant is also very good for dinner at the rooftop with moderate price.

There is a lift near the restaurant that connects the hotel and restaurant area to the department store. It can be used for general access, but for safety reasons, it is not allowed to transport luggage or personal belongings from the 4th floor (hotel and restaurant) down to the parking area using this lift. Instead, we had to take the hotel's main lift down to the ground floor, then switch to another lift to reach the basement parking level. Although the hotel does have a lift that goes directly to the parking area, its access to the basement is locked.

The breakfast was delicious and thoughtfully prepared. Fresh and a perfect start the day. The location of the hotel is excellent convenient, accessible, and perfectly situated for Meetings, Workshops and relaxation

The breakfast was great, but I suggest placing tea, coffee, milk, African tea, and water alongside the main buffet. This way, guests can serve themselves as they sit, instead of waiting for orders to be taken and prepared often it arrives after the meal is finished. It would really enhance the overall experience.

After a long journey, it was a relief to be greeted by a friendly and professional driver who navigated the city's traffic with ease. But what truly set PrideInn Plaza Nairobi Airport Hotel apart was the exceptional level of service provided by their staff. Every single person I encountered, from the front desk to the housekeeping team, was genuinely warm, friendly, and incredibly accommodating. They went above and beyond to assist with any requests, offering helpful advice and ensuring I had everything I needed to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Their willingness to help, their smiling faces, and their genuine desire to make my experience positive truly made a difference.

The hotel's location distinguishes it from others. Its position atop a mall provides immense convenience, offering a variety of shops, a hair spa, banks, currency exchange services, and restaurants, ensuring you don't have to leave the premises for any necessities during your stay. Additionally, its situation on Mombasa Road is ideal for safari tourists looking to bypass Nairobi's city traffic. The staff are exceptionally welcoming, and the rooftop restaurant is outstanding. I would certainly recommend this hotel.

The hot water was occasionally inconsistent, with the temperature fluctuating. This is an area that could be improved.

Very friendly and courteous staff. I was picked up at the airport by a friendly driver called Seth who communicated with me via WhatsApp, which I appreciated since our flight was delayed. For the price, the rooms were comfortable and spacious and I had a great breakfast. Very helpful receptionist.

It's a little far from the airport, I expected it to be closer seeing as it has 'airport' in the title of the hotel, but that didn't matter too much because of the driver transfer which was included in the price. I was told the water might not be working, but it was working fine.

The property is very near the National Park, also it next to a small not so busy shopping mall, the rooms have an air-conditioning unit and a mosquito repellent, and are cleaned very day, so a good night sleep is guaranteed, the staff are very friendly, i love Nairobi, will be returning back soon.

I found the meals including breakfast served at the restaurant, slightly too expensive, but there are other two restaurants you can go too next to the mall or you can get an uber to the city centre, also i thought i would be given a free taxi from and to the airport, but the taxi was only from the airport to the hotel.

The rooms are huge, modern and clean. The location within the mall is convenient and staff is very attentive and serves you with a smile always. There was a minor misunderstanding that was handled very quickly and professionally. The complimentary airport pick up was very nice. The breakfast was delicious and diverse. Breakfast crew was always at hand to serve and the coffee was delicious!Overall, we enjoyed our stay and we'll definitely return

The hotel is on 4th floor of the Signature Mall. The mall was disappointing and I had to travel outside to another mall got restaurant & shopping.

The complimentary airport transfer went smoothly, the driver was waiting at the airport on our arrival. The staff at the hotel were friendly -help full. The room was spacious & clean. The restaurant & bar were open late. We were able to eat on our arrival at midnight. Happy to recommend this hotel.

Lovely hotel so convenient to the airport. Staff were so friendly and lovely. The room was huge with very comfortable beds and great bathroom. We were picked up from an early morning flight courtesy of the hotel which was wonderful after a long haul flight.

Everything and everyone was great. There was nothing we disliked and would definitely stay there again.
