Nice spacious flat in typical Swahli-style. Beds are comfortbale, nice decorated

as the flat offers a kitchen I would appreciate a bit more equipment, especially dishwashing soap, salt, peper as standard. Some coffee and sugar pads are available. The pool looks not so nice. It was one day unter maintenance, but the other day look pretty mich the same. Not inviting to swim!

The location and amenities are great. The staff is friendly and accommodating.

The property upkeep needs attention. We were there during the rainy season at the third floor of Ugunja block and the roof leaked both in the living rooms and the bedrooms. There is significant visible black mold in every bathroom in all the blocks we have stayed in in the past 4 years. The room cleaning crew does not clean the bathroom at all. They wipe down the floors in the other rooms but they just dry out the shower and tub and quickly scrub the toilet and that’s it. If the management is serious about getting the property cleaned they can just start by buying JIK or bleach to sanitize and disinfect the showers and the tubs in all buildings.

Safe, well maintained, lovely bar, pool and rooftop on site. Loved my balcony! Great location! Kind and professional staff. Good WiFi!

Having large, reusable / re-tillable water bottles on site would help. in general, property could have more sustainability initiatives.

the food and service is really nice and the location is great. nice selection of good food that is well prepared and nice wine selection. great Wi-Fi availability and nice safe location with shopping and restaurants within a close distance.

the beds lack top sheets and they don’t change the towels more than once in a week. the cocktails are tasty but light on alcohol. the kitchen in the rooms is very sparse in cooking materials in case you plan to cook while staying there. only one pot and one fry pan.

We especially appreciated the friendly and accommodating staff. We were able to check in very early after an overnight flight. They serve great breakfast and have nice facilities (gym, pool, bar, etc) Location is good, very calm neighbourhood. Nothing to do in walking distance but close enough to the center for a cheap and easy uber ride while being away from the chaos and disturbances of nightlife.

Overall the apartment was nice but could have been a bit cleaner in e.g. the shower.

Location, good value for money, privacy, security, cleanliness, spacious unique(very unigue) beautiful rooms and the friendly staff. Facilities e.g. the pool. Restaurant on site. Will absolutely return.

The breakfast provided was for one instead of two and this wasnt indicated on payment. Deducted higher than indicated amount on my visa card. Na sandals in the room. Spa was closed. No cocktails.

Great beds and bathrooms. Great location - carrefour right across the street. Awesome Italian restaurant across the street also.

Would have like to have padlocks for the veranda doors, not having them felt a little unsafe.

The TV is useless, very bad quality of the channels. The airport taxes offered by the hotel are very high.

EVERYTHING WAS TOP TOP!!! I appreciated the whole experience. It would be nice if cabs could be allowed to drop you. Since there is no one at the gate to help you carry bags. Aside from that. PERFECT

Walking from the gate instead of being dropped in, It was tiring walking around with shopping instead of just being relaxed.
