Lovely apartments and very friendly staff, pool was clean and had a decent depth in the deep end for our 12yr old son as well as an adjoining baby pool for our 5yr old daughter. Electric was reliable with only a 2 second power surge and zero power cuts during the entire trip. Managers were attentive and courteous in their dealings with the clients and the nearby fruit bats at night were so beautiful having spent many a night in awe watching them as well as the hawks soaring above during the day. Location was great just 5 minute walk to a supermarket, coffee shop, pharmacy, toy store, artisan grocery and more. Security staff were very friendly and welcoming, our daughter particularly liked both the female and male guard at the daytime shift and enjoyed spending time with them at the gate area. The bathroom was great, a tub for relaxing or a very decent shower with good water temperatures and very decent power to the jets, the cleaning staff are very efficient in their work and the icecream milkshakes in the restaurant were very tasty for the kids.

There is no aircon or ceiling fans in the apartments and only one floor-standing fan in the entire two-bedroom apartment meaning if you want to stay cool in different rooms, you have to unplug and carry the fan with you. Mosquito nets do not have a velcro fastener between the left and right partitions of the net, I think this could be improved as mosquitoes were able to get through the gaps at night with minimal effort and some way of securely fastening the two tracks of the net would really really help.

The location is great! There is a lovely swimming pool, and a great restaurant on site. The pool was clean, and the food at the restaurant was delicious! The staff was really kind and helpful! I would highly recommend this place!

I lived in standard room one. cySuites is located at a very safe place.I felt safe during my entire stay.I felt home as i lived with my parents,my mum cooked for us,home made foods,my siblings,nephews and inlaws visited us without any restrictions.The apartment is a walking distance to chandarana supermarket, java coffee house,KFC, and Naivas supermartket.Its easier to also go to Sarit Centre and also to town as there are many modes of transportation. My review will be grouped into departments.I will start with the security department. I loved the fact that from the main gate,you are met with happy faces of the security personels who open the gates and greet you with a smile on their faces,they also ask how one is doing,that showed so much kindness from their end and it made me feel very much welcomed. My second department is Front office, the staffs were also very kind and welcoming; with smiles on their faces thanks alot to them.I forgot the name of one of the front office staff(A man)who took the initiative to show my mum how to use the electric devices in the kitchen and also when I inquired about other rooms because ours was a standard one he took upon himself to show me how a superior room looked like,we went to the room which was vacant and I saw it,it was beautiful with washing machine,a masters bedroom thats the room i will be eyeing for my next stay. My third department was housekeeping,i can never find enough words to thank them for the good work they were doing of cleaning our rooms everyday.The rooms were cleaned on a daily bases and we got 4 bottles of water on a daily bases thank you so so much. I can not forget to mention this, we broke a glass of water and a small white saucer plate,so i took upon myself to report it at the front office for billing,but thanks alot to the entire management as I was told I will not be billed for that as its an accident.

Our kitchen needed renovation as it had a hole/crack on the wall just near the sink and the bathroom also needs renovation especially the bathtub.But these are small issues compared to the good ones i have mentioned above.

The apartment was spacious and clean, internet very good, the kitchen is spacious but with basic equipment (still ok for my needs), breakfast great, the gym is basic but everything is functioning and you can certainly enjoy some time working out, the staff was very kind and helpful, bathroom clean and warm water available at all times (depending on the time of the day might need to wait a couple mins more), I didn't use the swimming pool but other tenants happily did, the restaurant is very good as well

Some furniture (including windows) would be good to change as they are quite old. The weather was good but in case it gets cold or very hot, I m not sure how it would get in the room since there is no A/C

The hotel is located in a safe area, to a pharmacy and grocery shop it’s only 10 mins walk through nice and safe roads. The hotel has everything you need- comfy beds, well equipped kitchen, great & heated pool, restaurant and gym. The rooms are large with huge windows , all fits with pictures on Booking.com The staff - mainly Collins from the reception and Sarah from the travel/safari team are the best! They helped us a lot! Sarah bought us a tix for train to Mombasa, Collins fixed all little troubles we had - missing towels or water in our room. Just don’t be afraid to ask.

The food from the alacarte menu was excellent and well priced. The staff were wonderful they made it possible for us the check in earlier after a 24hr flight journey with kids. They went over and beyond. Security and accessibility of the hotel was also great The hotel is quiet and in a serene location. Warm pool that allowed the kids to enjoy a swim all day

The living room couch could do with an upgrade but generally the facility meets the needs.

Friendly staff on the reception and in the restaurant. The price was excellent for a weekend break. Easy to park and located in a decent area. Great food in the restaurant. Wi-Fi very good. Very comfy bed. Great selection of tv channels.

Noise from the pool during the day, noise from the generator and noise from what I can assume was a church singing gospel on Sunday morning with loud music. Room a little dated but clean and tidy

A very solid nice place bordering the luxury segment. We had a spacious suite/appartment with a nice living room and two bedrooms, everything spacious, clean and tasteful. Well equipped kitchen.

Restaurant with a wide spectrum of international cuisine, but perhaps a bit pricey for what you get. But then, when you have the time, you can also self-cater/cook yourself by using the well equipped kitchen. Minor technical glitches with the bathroom appliances.

The location is very convenient. The security and hotel staff are all helpful and friendly. We were not able to use the gym or pool but the view from our room gives a relaxing feel. The kitchen facilities are excellent!

There's no lift, so climbing up to the penthouse was quite a drill but we enjoyed it. There were no available slippers in the room but maybe it's on request (we didnt ask). The washing machine was not connected so we decided not to use. Maybe they can do some small improvements, like change old furniture and install a shattaf in the bathrooms.

Convenient and easy to get too. We all stayed in the penthouse suite, and it was as we expected it to be, genuinely nice. We also had breakfast included, which was also always nice with a wide selection available. Staff were helpful and always smiling. Wi-Fi was good and parking was available. Have already booked again to stay (although not the penthouse suite this time), I am looking forward to visiting again.

The was a little issue with the water often being cold in the shower (as in not warming) and other times it was always hot, this happened for a few days - but we were rarely at the property so just chose to ignore it and not say.
