I had a fantastic time at Raha Suites. The rooms are clean, spacious, and beautifully arranged, making the place feel very classic and comfortable. The staff were incredibly helpful, ensuring that I had everything I needed throughout my stay. The food was absolutely 10/10, and the location is perfect right in Westlands, one of the best areas to stay in Nairobi. I truly felt I got great value for my money, and the attention to detail in how everything is organized is impressive. If you’re visiting Nairobi, Raha Suites is the place to be. I highly recommend it and would rate it 10/10, no complaints at all

We enjoy the staff witch was very kind. We came late, kitchen already closed, they didn't hesitate to cook some plates for us. It was a real pleasure and we will back again.

The water in the bathroom wasn't available all the time so when you take your shower it pass from hot water to cold.

Great staff covering all the pop-up requirements (charging adapter, hair dryer, …). Very quite and just 10min to the city center (by car)

it’s not very convenient to walk around the area (the road situation is bad). However, it’s close to a shopping center and all other places can be reached very easily by taxi.

The personnel was very friendly. The food was delicious, only that one has to order early as everything is freshly prepared and therefore takes some time. Spacious room and the price was not too bad. :)

It is located in or near Westland, which means that many shopping malls or restarants and entertainment is not too far away. Nevertheless you need a taxi/Uber or your personal vehicle to move around. The hotel is located next to the highway, which makes it comfortable if your are just traveling through.

Breakfast was fit for a king....hats off to the chef ....I ate to my satisfaction Great location Westlands serene environment. Good food;Efficiently served dinner with great attention. I was pleasantly surprised with my stay.Great value for money. Helpful staff, very clean. Room are new and spacious. Often businesses show off from the outside. Here is different, the outside might look modest, but the rooms are extremely comfortable. Good mosquito net.

There is no buffet, but the breakfast is prepared for you in the real time, which is great, however the choice could have been better. I would appreciate a real bread, not the toast(just European point of view) The hotel is on the very busy road, with lanes going in one direction, so sometimes it was tricky to come with the taxi. Also you need to honk to get the gate open.

The location was perfect for a quick get away for a day. The room set-up and design were exceptional. Not only were the beds comfortable and we slept well but the place was very quiet. Also something that was a big pus for me is that the showers actually work and the water was hot enough. The food we had was tasty and the staff were very kind and attentive. The interior décor in the rest of the hotel was calming and very nice to be around. I will visit again next time I need a quick break. Definitely a hidden gem but with you actually value for money.

The location of the hotel was a bit tricky for us to find but we got there eventually. The parking space confused us a bit and the exterior part of the building definitely threw us off but we are glad we went inside.

The hotel was in a good location in terms of proximity to the various shops, restaurants and places of activity within Nairobi. The Hotel staff were pleasant and attentive in helping fulfil our needs. Jeremey, was especially helpful and went above and beyond to meeting our needs during our stay and helped to ensure that we had a wonderful time at Raha Suites. The room was a good size and had a lovely bed. The room also had a smart TV that you could stream video from your phone to.

There were a few fairly minor negatives. There isn't a proper walking path by the hotel so you may need to use Bolt/Uber to go everywhere unless you walk on the road or a muddy path (which the locals do). Also, the smart tv didn't have a great resolution or aspect ratio when streaming from a mobile phone. Lastly, there was a paint smell coming from the lounge area of the bedroom, which meant that we didn't spend much time there.
