We’ve stayed at a few Best Westerns in the U.S., but this one in Kenya really stands out. The hospitality was outstanding from start to finish. Eve at the front desk was exceptional!! from the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcome. She was professional, kind, and always attentive, making sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. Her warmth, genuine care and consistency made us feel valued as guests. She truly went above and beyond in every interaction. She is such a joy. When we had a small issue with our room one night, Abigael resolved it quickly and efficiently, moving us without any hassle. The whole team was friendly and responsive. The hotel is modern, very clean, and well-maintained. We also loved the breakfast—fresh, delicious, and a great start to the day. Always nice to see a smile from Peter and the kitchen team We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again. Thank you Eve ,Bestwestern and all who made our stay awesome

I made my booking a few days in advance, so it might be that I got a discounted deal. However this is a very good residence in. The room had a complete kitchen with stove, normal size fridge, pots/pans etc, washing machine and ironing board. There was a living room with couches etc, but also a good size desk with a nice view. Furthermore there was a balcony with sun in the afternoon. On top of that there were two bedrooms and both had a bathroom. You could easily stay here with a family of 4. There is a supermarket at walking distance. The onsite restaurant served a very good breakfast and the diner options were also tasty.

The only thing the facility could improve on is the gym. It has the facilities, but they are not as new as hoped for. But I would not call this a deal breaker.

We enjoyed our stay at the Executive Residency. The breakfast options were varied and delicious, catering to different tastes, and the room service and cleaning staff were courteous and attentive, keeping everything immaculate. The hotel’s central location in a nice neighbourhood provides easy access to shops, cafes, and gastropubs, all within walking distance. The rooftop bar offers a pleasant atmosphere, with prices that align with typical hotel rates—reasonable without feeling overpriced.

The placement of the swimming pool was a bit awkward, as morning swims coincided with guests having breakfast nearby, making it feel less private. Additionally, the gym facilities felt a bit dated and could benefit from some upgrades to meet modern standards. Keep in mind there are no air conditioners –which didn't affect our stay due to the season, but worth considering if you travel during the hot period.

I was very satisfied with the service at the Executive Residency, Best Western. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Judy at the front desk went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and gave us a lot of great tips during our visit. The apartment was spacious and very clean! The location of the hotel was great. Everywhere we wanted to visit was a short uber drive away. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Nairobi!

The only downside is that the mattresses were quite hard and slightly uncomfortable if you are used to softer mattresses.

The location was good. Though we had only a night stay , there are many options close by for those who wish to go around the place for dinner and shopping . The place was value for money , all amenities in the room makes the stay comfortable We had booked the two room apartment , apart from the bathrooms for each room there was an additional powder area at entrance , which is useful if there are more guests . The kitchenette is loaded with utensils useful for a serve in meals. Microwave , refrigerator and cooking range are also present for those wishing to cook in house too. The small swing in the balcony is a good place to rest with a book .

Comfortable furniture. Dependable and fast WiFi, great showers, high quality hair dryer, robe and slippers available. Kitchen is well stocked including electric kettle, cappuccino maker, microwave, oven, toaster. Washing machine worked great. The restaurant has good food, great views and lots of variety. Staff was very helpful for any needs. Secure property in Westlands.

The gym is small with limited equipment.

The breakfast spread is very good. The location is in a high end area and felt safe. Close to everything that we wanted to do. Location is fantastic. No taxi in the neighborhood but UBER works perfectly if you are ready to pay CASH and very inexpensive.

Nothing to complain about. However since there is no aircon and at 25-26 degree Celsius it was tad warm for us. There are enough stand fans available on request and its comfortable. Being in the ground floor room we had insect repellants and were saved, but nothing that did bother us. A lot of cigarette stubs have been thrown from upper floors and lie hidden in the plants, one needs to clean up.

It had everything I needed - including washing machine, iron, fully equipped kitchen. 2 bedrooms, 3 toilets. It looks like a new hotel. It’s about 10 min drive into main part of town. Used Uber eats a few times as I found their dinner menu limited for children. Stayed in 3 hotels whilst In Kenya and this was the only one to have constant wifi, hot water from a. Nice shower head and a decent tv that didn’t constantly lag. Accommodated a late check out for a small fee. Staff friendly and helpful. Area and hotel Safe to be with children. Nice variety for breakfast. Rooms had nice natural light coming in.

Not much in walking distance around the hotel - but very easy to Uber/taxi anywhere for very reasonable price. No view but wasn’t fussed to be honest.

We had a very nice and spacious three room appartment with two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and one guest toilet. Ther even was a washing machine which came in handy as we have started travalling light. The view from the apprtment was exceptional. Staff particularly Eve at the reception were very helpful. Breakfast was also nice and complete albeit not exceptional. There is room for improvement at the resaturant. Example, we had a T-bone steak wich was not even half inch thick, so impossible to acheive a „medium“ or even „raw“ grade. The chinese seafood-chicken soup tasted like a mere Maggi cube soup with some added seafood and was very salty. The burger was very good however.

There is unfortunatly no garden, only the roof terrace as the plot is a bit on the small side.
