This is one of, if not the best hotel to stay at in CBD in my opinion. The staff is friendly, and the rooms are of decent size and quality. If you are looking for a gym, the one in the hotel only has a few dumbbells and cardio machines, but there is a gym across the street that is well-equipped. Breakfast is generally good, I recommend getting your choice made to order. In terms of location, it does not get much better if you're planning on staying in the CBD. Taxis are generally easily available.

There used to be quite some noise during the weekends from the restaurant next door, but as this is (currently) closed it is not a problem for now. The swimming pool is quite small - it's not really an issue for me and there are generally not a lot of people there, but if that's what you're looking for you may be disappointed. It's also freely connected to the space where the conference rooms are, so you may run into a group of people while you're going for a swim.

Tebogo from the front admin/ receptionist was very welcoming and made our stay awesome. She was helpful in every way possible. She literally showed us various places to visit, which made our visit even more pleasant.

The chefs' food was not one of the best. the food we ordered was overcooked, and some were undercooked. It was also a shock to hear that if you want them to bring food to your room, you need to pay a room service fee 60 Pula, that was ridiculous for guest to be charged especially that big amount.

Frankly the best hotel I’ve experienced so far in Gabs. Tried quite a few. Located near by a new mall with nice restaurants. Hotel is clean and beds are comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Not much food options for room service. Don’t deliver breakfast in the room, not much desert options. Vanilla ice cream only and it was not great. Could easily enhance the whole experience with added options on the menu and offer breakfast room service.

The pool area is really nice. The rooms are not bad, and the hotel has an overall calm and beautiful atmosphere. What an amazing staff.

The wifi was very poor especially in the rooms, if you need to work, you have to go to reception. No activities near or within the hotel. The breakfast was pretty standard with no variety.

The breakfast was absolutely fantastic, with variety of cuisines from continental to a full american-style. Cold cuts and dairy along with donuts, the combination was definitely satisfying every taste.

Obviously the hotel is classified as a three-star one, so for that category the facilities were very suitable. Rooms were clean, drinking water was complementary. I could probably enjoy it more if there was dental and shaving kits available in the rooms.

Very nice hotel with large, clean rooms and good bathroom. Restaurant on site was good for a meal. We had both dinner and breakfast there. Unfortunately I became ill during the night and staff were sympathetic and tried to ensure we could stay another night if needed (although they were almost booked out). They also were helpful in providing details of a doctor very close to the hotel. When we were able to leave, one particular staff member was excellent in getting us a flight out of Gaborone as we had missed our early morning flight. This was very much appreciated. Thank you. Great service.

The buffet breakfast was exquisite!! soo many options to choose from

I requested additional coffee and milk for the room which I received. We had a problem with the air conditioner which the technician resolved. The location is in a new area of Gaborone which is clean with some restaurants in walking distance.

I booked through Booking.com but the staff could not find the booking even though I had a hard copy of the reservation. Eventually the manager got involved and found the booking.

Room is clean and comfortable.

I could not get a decent coffee. There is a coffee machine, but capuccino and normal coffee from that are not good. Staff at the bar and restaurant are very slow. I waited more than 30mn before someone take my order just for a normal coffee. Breakfast is very poor.

The hotel is well located in a central area. Shuttle service picked me up from the airport and from there the experience was great. Nothing to complain about. The staff, the location, the services etc. everything was good.

The room left me with a neutral feeling though. The decoration and colors seemed to need some upgrade to give a fresh and lively feel. On that note, it was a bit subpart.
