Very fine new hotel with a great location, easy underground parking and good window view making this hotel ranks one of the best 5 star hotels in Taiwan.

I was surprised the line up for the breakfast and they shouted out our room number to look for us. One of the floor staff remembered to look for the floor number first, but the male staff looking for us apparently forgot the privacy issue and called out our room number....

Very modern and clean. Loved the bathroom with separate toilet & free standing bath tub. Breakfast buffet was very nice.

We’re not able to check in at 2:40pm.. sat down for a drink/snack and only got the room key at 3:15pm. Not acceptable for an Intercontinental. Wanted to sit at a table in the lobby restaurant (Seed?) but waiter told us every single table we pointed to was reserved. Finally asked him if there are any available or was it just the bar seats and he finally confirmed that was the case (instead of just telling us at the beginning?)

Great location, attentive and helpful staff, spacious room with great views, spotless clean. High quality amenities were provided. We arrived with a rental car, parking was easy and secure in hotel's own garage. Convenience stores, restaurants and fully-fledged shopping malls within short walking distance. Hotel's own bakery looked delicious, wanted to try, but we ran out of time. In sum, everything was great, highly recommend and would definitely want to come again.

The location is excellent, just a few blocks away from MTR station, so anywhere is easily accessible. The hotel is clean and staffs were super friendly and helpful! Breakfast was good, they make dumplings and local delicacies when you order. I would definitely choose this hotel again when I visit Kaohsiung!

the breakfast selection is wonderful and the staff very effective and friendly. the swimming pool, jacuzzi and hot pool are also very good.

in the swimming pool showers, it takes a long time for the hot water to reach the faucet..

Location was very good, serving persons were very helpful and easy to communicate.

Equipments are modern and clean, but too many buttons for lights or curtains annoyed us a little bit, not knowing which one to push. You have several drawers but most of them were occupied with hotel amenity and so on, so it was difficult to put our own cloths. The bath towels were too large and too heavy, which was not very convenient to use.

everything was really perfect, starting from the moment we were welcomed at the front door until we left the hotel. Staff very kind, room very clean, swimming pool perfect to swim and to let children to play

the organization of the breakfast, the request to book the time was not following to the possibility to enter in the breakfast area but we had to wait.

View from the room is very nice. Great location - with a few minutes walk from the MRT station and to the river side. The well-designed city library is right next to the hotel too. Breakfast is marvelous: a wide range of choices, especially perfect for who is eager for taiwanese cuisine.
