Large spacious room with very comfortable bed and sofa. Service staff are professional and helpful. Nice pool but only has 2 deck beds for lazing on.

Location would require heavy use of uber as the nearest place with food and amenities is 5mins away in the opposite direction of the train station, which is 10mins away in the reverse direction. Breakfast is alright if it's included but not worth the price for ala carte.. food is good but the service staff just seems so overwhelmed with the crowd..

This hotel feels very new and well designed. I like the lobby, the coffee shop, breakfast location and speed of elevators. Feels well thought out. It’s open and inviting. The car entrance is convenient for taxis and loading and unloading luggage. It’s an 8 min walk to subway which is great.

Not enough places to sit in the lobby. No heated pool. The breakfast buffet is not very good compared to other hotels of lesser caliber. As I’ve stayed in many hotels in Taipei, it felt like a step down. Food is acceptable. Having to pre-purchase breakfast and get a ticket was also annoying for my partner as we didn’t purchase breakfast in advance. You should be able to just bill the room.

Hotel restaurant is rather average, breakfast could be of higher quality Staff could benefit from more customer friendly focussed training Nearest MRT station (airport express and airport commuter line) is a 10-12 min walk away, not much in terms of restaurants or shops around the hotel

Great location with convenient access to the MRT and airport train. The staff are friendly and helpful. The beds are very comfortable, and the rooms are well-insulated. The shower area is spacious. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Taipei.

The room is nice and clean, staffs are very helpful. Will definitely come back again in the future. The hotel is not in the city center but it is still very convenient. There is a big shopping center about 7-10 mins walk from the hotel, free shuttle is available from the mall to hotel as well.

Love this hotel. Its in the industrial park area, so a bit far from night markets and tourist attractions but there's a good mall just 5 minutes from the place. Love the service and the room. Breakfast was also very good. Very clean and comfy.

Toilet is spacious. Room is clean. Good supplies of complimentary bottled water. Robot delivery to room is fun.

Some staff were not friendly. The hotel charged more than the 5 room nights charges as deposits instead of only a token as deposits. The staff were not able to explain the room deposit procedure.

It is clean, the room was very spacious and clean . The interior of room was well decorated and comfortable . The staff very helpful with directions and assistance with last minute problems with our itinerary if the day .

The room was spacious, bathroom very clean and new. The pool is nice. Staff is very polite and English is generally spoken. Good experience.

Location is a little far from train station and the center of the city, but we knew that beforehand. The pool has very few spots to put your towel.

Room and toilet are clean. Love the curtains to block off the sunlight! <10mins walk to the nearest mall (Honhui plaza)!

Was a 15mins walk from the nearest metro station though (those with heavy luggages do take note!). Signal for the TV was a little laggy too but okay for me.
