The room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, just walking distance to the airport and a bus ride to the city center. The staff was very nice, friendly and useful.

My plane left early and breakfast starts at 7:00 so I couldn’t eat it. I would have expected that a hotel close to the airport would have an early breakfast option.

Clean, modern, friendly staff, stylish interior design, good location for travelers. I walked to the airport through thick snow for 6 minutes. This is one of the best hotels in Tallinn in terms of price and quality. The hotel room was very clean and large. The floor-to-ceiling window added to the spaciousness. The bed was huge and comfortable. There was a kettle in the room, free coffee and tea and a bottle of mineral water. The minibar had water and beer at a cheap price for Tallinn. The interior design of the lobby bar was industrial and had many surprising elements. Liked it a lot.

The toilet was a decent size, but the shower area separated by a curtain was a bit narrow. But that wasn't a major drawback in the overall impression.

What I appreciated most was the exceptionally helpful staff and the fantastic location. My flight was at 6 a.m., and it was such a pleasure to enjoy a peaceful five-minute walk to the airport that morning. The airport is just around the corner, along a road lined with blooming lilac bushes and other beautiful flowering trees. Despite being so close, there was no noise from the airport at the hotel, which made for a restful stay. I also had dinner at the Mercury’s restaurant, which was absolutely delicious. The service was outstanding, and the prices were very reasonable. Overall, my experience was excellent, and I highly recommend this hotel.

Some elements of my room design and the building was strange.

Within walking distance of the airport and a shopping mall (where there are several restaurants if you want to eat outside of the hotel), the hotel is an excellent choice for business travellers needing a stopover near to the airport. The room was very comfortable, with complimentary coffee and bottled water. The complimentary local honey was a bonus! There is also plenty of parking immediately in front of the hotel should you need it. The breakfast spread was varied and the staff were friendly.

Simply owing to its location, the sound of aircraft could be heard. It wasn't excessive and didn't disturb me in the night (as far as I am aware!), but it might be an issue for some light sleepers.

Hotel is on walking distance from the airport which is very convenient. Friendly personnel and good breakfast. Rooms are clean and everything you need is there.

This bathroom does not meet the standard you would expect from a hotel. During showering, water flows throughout the entire bathroom because the floor is completely flat and there is no threshold or ridge to contain it. While a squeegee is provided to dry the floor, I don’t think a guest should have to do this after every shower. Especially not in a room of this price range.

The hotel is ideally located next to the airport, and you can easily catch transport into the old town. The room was large, and roomy. Very clean, but the best thing was the bed, it was so nice to sleep on a firm bed, and feel refreshed in the morning. The shower was very hot, and high pressure, if a little bit cramped in the corner. Highly recommend, if you needed a base near the airport. The breakfast was very good, with a good selection of everything.

If anything the shower was very compact and right next to the wall

I always stay at Mercure Tallinn the night before my early morning flight home to the US. The staff are pleasant and helpful, the coffee and water provided are comforting after the long train ride from Viljandi, the bathroom facilities are more than adequate and the bed is always VERY comfortable. During past stays I have had excellent meals in the restaurant. I can walk to the airport from here so there is no question...it is the best place to stay before flying

The temperature in the room is locked at 21.5 C. I would have liked to turn down the heat for the night.

The room was in a descent sized the room is isolated well from noise. breakfast was great. The room was clean. There is a shopping mall close to the hotel and airport is very close. Bus to city center is easy and convenient from the hotel

Shower room is a bit too small. WIFI is terrible, we did talk with receptionist about the poor performance of the WIfI, but they can not do anything about this. The pillow was a little bit too hard. Only one elevator was working.

The room was well decorated and a good size. It had a fridge which was handy. Staff were polite and welcoming, speaking very good English. The hotel is next to a shopping mall with lots of places to eat and a short walk from the airport. It's a perfect location. A Bolt to the centre of Tallinn is 10 mins and very reasonable in price. Breakfast is also really good. I would definitely stay again, if we return to Tallinn.

The shower area is quite small and we couldn't get the room cool last night.

Check-in was smooth, the staff were friendly, and the room was clean – though the shower is very small. Perfect for a short stay if you have a late arrival or early departure, or if you want to stay close to the airport while still being within reasonable distance of the city centre

Unfortunately, we weren’t informed about a bike race on the second day, so we couldn’t park in front of the hotel after picking up our rental car. Apart from that, everything was fine
